I bought a pair of sneakers on February 26, and on March 13 I received an email confirming that my order had been delivered, but I never received it. I contacted them by email and they told me to check with the post office, saying it was probably still in transit, but when I contacted the post office, they told me that there was no shipment listed under the tracking number they gave me. I’ve tried sending many emails asking them to tell me where my order is or to refund my money, and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE! THIS IS A SCAM!

Purchase portal not recommended at all. On December 4th, I bought a pair of NB brand sneakers, model 740, as a Christmas gift. I received the purchase after a month. Since the sizing was a bit tight, I requested an exchange for the same model but half a size larger. I was told no problem, to return it to an address provided by email, and that once they received it, they would process the shipment of the new size. After several days, I received an email saying their supplier did not have half sizes and that it had to be a full size larger. I replied that it was no problem. On February 2nd, I received a notification from the mail carrier to pick up a package at the post office. On February 5th, I went to collect the package and it turned out to be the one I had sent for the exchange, which had been returned because no one picked it up at the address provided by Hypedfootwear. In summary, a complete scandal and I am still waiting for someone to give me explanations after having requested. Order number #23315

Long delay and communication was complicated…not efficient. I will never use this website again. My order doesn’t seem like the authentic brand. I am 100% sure that the model is fake. I used them today and they are hard and not comfortable as the one I used for few years now. I have few pairs of this model. The size as well is a bit small and I always wear this size. Shame on you !!
