Ordered on 6th December emailed 3 times no response. Tracking says order number does not exists but they took my money and I dont know how to get my money back!

Dog poo would be an understatement, never order anything, if you're lucky to have ordered from a credit card then submit a section 75 claim because you'll never receive your item nor will they ever reply back to your emails.
Absolute scam of a website.

Awful experience - don’t bother buying
Awful experience. Ordered an airpod case on 5th October and tracking stated it would be delivered by 27th October. On the 27th after looking at the tracking and there was no update since the 12th October, I contacted the company via email to ask for a solution. After gaining no reply for days I chased them up via email and instagram only to get continually ignored. I was forced to order a chargeback via my card company. To this day (almost 2 weeks after contacting them) I still haven’t received an apology or even any acknowledgment that they had received my message.

Don’t expect to receive the item! I never!
Items ordered 2nd October - Dior iPhone case.
I have never received it. I emailed the company twice as tracking stated returned to sender, no reply to date! Shocking customer service. Avoid if I was you, unless your prepared to throw your money down the drain.

Terrible - Do not order
Ordered a phone case and an apple watch strap over a month ago.
0 Communication from the company, I've sent over 10 emails and at least 5 Instagram DM's, only to receive no response.
All they have done is delete my negative comments from their instagram post.

After 1 month of waiting they havent delivered and will not reply to my emails.
Other people on instagram are complaining of the same issue.

Item not received
Ordered a phone case early Dec, was informed it would arrive just after Christmas. Nothing turned up, poor communication from the company who then informed me it was on its way on 21/1/22. Asked for refund nothing forthcoming, had to raise dispute with paypal
