Easy ordering, good communication and quick delivery. My granddaughter really likes her present.

Really easy to order from and quick delivery. My grand daughters were delighted with their gift.

Very quick delivery but I really don’t like the ‘blind box’ situation. My disabled, autistic grandson asked for a second Labubu for his birthday and we explained that he may receive the same one and he said he was ok with that. An identical one arrived and although he put on a brave face, the disappointment in his eyes was heartbreaking. I feel this is a complete con to make you buy more.

I have used Hype Locker a few times now for purchasing Labubu's for my granddaughters.
I know that these are genuine Labubu's and although they may be a little bit expensive it's worth it for peace of mind.So when they recently opened their vault I was delighted as I know what colours they wanted.
They deliver quickly, all the items are packed with care and you receive points to use against your next purchase, what's not to like

Still not received my order 10 days down the line, after receiving an email saying it has been despatched a day after the order.

Unbelievably quick response to my purchase. I ordered on the afternoon of 23rd December and by mid morning the following day I received my item. Incredible. The item arrived well packaged & in perfect condition.

Initial order was easy and received items very quickly - the size we ordered was too big, and the process to return was made very easy and the team (Olivia) went above to get in new stock in the size we needed in the week lead up to Christmas holidays and sent back out today in time for Christmas - thank you so much !
