Premium cars to a decent price
Hyre is a clear winner from the remaining options in Stockholm to easily pick up a decent car simply by your mobile. You may also select a specific car you’ve used before.
My standard choice is the Volvo XC60 that I love to drive for no particular reason for a few days or a week.
My only rants include the lack of a charging cable the car for hybrids and then the rather sizeable ads covering the car.. would any time pay a premium to have the car non-branded.

How to deal with fuel was not clear
How to deal with fuel was not clear. I added fuel, but it was not registered. I had to pay for fuel from the app anyway.

Hi! You always have to pay for fuel, the difference is if you use the cars credit card which then will be added to your receipt, or if you pay this through your own card. If the fuel has not been registered in the app we advice your to write to us in the chat so that we can correct this. Thank you!

First experience not up to expectation
First experience not up to expectation. First connection to car via app took many attempts and restart of app. Same later on, needed to restart often app to connect to the car for lock\unlock and to restart car if being inactive few minutes.
Fuel not updated at the end of renting period.
Support via chat responsive. Issue with fuel solved, but needed one more request to support center to get bill updated.
Good car (VW T-Roc), but can improve internal package availability (e.g. maps or google services to connect maps from phone).
Missing full insurance to remove self-risk.
