Review base: Ioniq 5 in private lease contract.
Car: Good in main characteristics (efficiency, charging speed, driving and comfort). But many minor details that blemish the experience. From rattling noises (tailgate, rear seat belts, ...), strange SW implementations (steering aid always restarts when starting cruise control, freeze of user interface after repeated use of "bluelink" smart phone interface, automated braking when inappropriate, ...) and high spare part prices to an extremely slow response of Hyundai finance. Especially the latter is to me a real burden. I do not want to be the middle man between insurance, a slow Hyundai finance and the workshop when my car needs a repair.
Bottom line: First and last Hyundai for me. By now there are sufficient 800V alternatives.

Trash company, alongside plenty of other big corporations in Germany. They will try rip you off in the end of the leasing. Took me months of endless phone calls and emails to successfuly fight back.

German government doesn't give a single f*** about the scamming on such a big level. Avoid at all costs.
