Don't use this site . Do your homework and check the validity of the auction house
Unfortunately I did like the sight until was scammed for alot of money . As others have stated you sight breeds low life ripping people off. All the good auctions are going to lose out because companies like assett auctions who are stealing people's money will drive people everyone away. I will be using the saleroom in future

WARNING FRAUDSTERS & UNTRUSTWORTHY
A very untrustworthy auction site, thieves and scammers use their auction sites with no repercussions.
I encountered serious issues with Auctioneers, I pay and receive nothing! the Auctioneer is FRAUD (supreme auctions) and it is protected by i-bidder, I contacted them by email, phone, and always they promise to email the Fraudster and they put you in square one!!!
no protection of any kind, you will waste money and time!!! simple they are PAIN, FRAUD, SCAM, etc...
I am not sure if we could take them to a court!
Don't buy from this auction platform promise you'll regret it.
Update!
(Just reach out to our Customer Support team at ~ and they will go above and beyond to assist you!)
* I contacted them a lot! they don't CARE, they didn't take any action! it was painful experience, time wasting!

£400 hole in my bank account
On 19 August I authorised a £200 refundable payment to Charles Taylor Auctioneers so that I could bid in their auction on 22–23 August. I bought nothing.
Two payments of £200 were taken, one to Charles Taylor, one to i-bidder. They deny taking the second payment, they claim to have refunded the first one.
But I have not had either payment refunded, so there is a gaping £400 hole in my bank account.
Charles Taylor refunded £200 on 22 August. i-bidder say they only took a 10p test payment. I've asked Monzo many times to look into this but have yet to have any satisfaction.

Avoid i-bidder – Lack of Accountability and Poor Seller Practices
I strongly advise against using i-bidder if you value your money and time. My experience with this platform has been nothing short of disastrous, resulting in a loss of over £6,000 due to the unethical practices of sellers like Supreme Auctions and Asset Auctions.
Issues with Sellers:
Asset Auctions: I encountered serious issues with Asset Auctions, where items I bid on and paid for were either missing or incorrectly delivered. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issues directly with the seller, they were unresponsive and uncooperative, leaving me out of pocket with no recourse.
Supreme Auctions: This seller has been even worse. I paid for several lots, including high-value items like a Jacuzzi, which were either not delivered or substituted with cheaper alternatives. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, including legal action, Supreme Auctions has refused to fulfil their obligations or refund my money. Instead, they have tried to manipulate the situation by demanding further payments before releasing goods they are already obligated to deliver.
Lack of Responsibility from i-bidder:
i-bidder, as the platform facilitating these transactions, has taken no responsibility for the behaviour of these sellers. Their support team has been unhelpful, simply directing me back to the sellers who continue to act in bad faith. i-bidder's failure to enforce ethical standards or provide adequate buyer protection has allowed these rogue sellers to operate unchecked, leaving buyers like myself vulnerable to significant financial losses.
Final Verdict:
If you are considering using i-bidder, I urge you to think again. The platform does not vet its sellers properly, leaving buyers at the mercy of unethical businesses. The lack of support from i-bidder when things go wrong means that you could end up losing thousands, just as I have.
For anyone considering using this platform, beware – the risks far outweigh any potential savings. It's not worth the gamble.

Unexplained suspension after 4 years
For some reason after using the site for 4 years , they decided to suspend our account , No email , No phone number that can be contacted , the usual useless live chat that did absolutely nothing . We spent £8700 on the site on thursday , paid the bill then got suspended on friday . Probably spent over £50,000 on there in the last 4 years and they wont even answer the telephone . Useless customer service even when you spend a lot of money with them. Avoid them like the plague .

Be Careful If You Are Purchasing From Time2Bid
I bought many items from the auction held by Time2Bid on I-bidder on 07/05/2024. My order of 29 pieces did not arrive. Neither I-bidder nor Time2bid are returning my emails. I will apply to consumer rights. If you are going to make a purchase, I recommend you to pay attention to this company.

The auction houses that run on ibidder…
The auction houses that run on ibidder are shonky. They hide behind ibidders terms and conditions to treat the customers (YOU) poorly. Not a fan at all.
Their terms and conditions say that they are an online auction bidding service and they are not a party to the contract of sale or purchase.
Then a few paragraphs later it says under 'Our Agreement ' it constitutes as a legally binding contract between us and the auction houses and they retain an internal record of what we have agreed to.
Supreme Auctions haven't even bothered to publish any Terms and Conditions on their website. They reference ibidders Terms of Use and yet ibidders terms and conditions says "we are not a party to the contract for sale and purchase entered into between you, the bidder, and the auctioneer and/or their principal".
If you have time on your hands, people should complain to The Consumer Rights Act Citizens Advice.

Experience with i-bidder.com, Buyer be aWare
Based on my experience with ibidder.com, it's clear that this company falls short in customer satisfaction. The lack of accurate product descriptions and no comeback for faulty products is concerning, and potential buyers must exercise caution and be fully aware of this before making any purchases. Additionally, examining the product physically and being satisfied before committing to a purchase would be the best course of action. The auction nature of the business can also lead to hasty decisions that may not be in the buyer's best interest. Overall, it's important to be careful and do your due diligence when dealing with ibidder.com. The platform may be selling faulty items that have been returned to retailers, which could be another reason to exercise caution before committing to a purchase on auction on this website.
