Genuinely deserving of a good review:)
Ordered some heli parts which unfortunately would be delayed due to the postal strike.
Daryn rang me to let me know and did his best to arrange an alternative courier.
When Evri (Hermes) let him down in good faith Daryn sent a repeat order of the same parts to me via another courier. Both couriered parts eventually arrived on the same day and Daryn arraigned the postage for me to return the duplicate parts and was understanding when there was delays at my end due to me moving house.
All in all, Daryn has gone above and beyond to pull out all the stops and deserves a pat on the back. Daryn clearly cares a lot about his customers and the growth of iActiveRC through customer satisfaction.
