Why haven’t you signed up already?!
When I feel down, uninspired, lazy, tired, whatever negative feeling. All I have to do is press play. And believe it or not, 30 minutes later, I’m at my best. I feel energized, fueled, inspired, I can take on anything.
Visualisation is what your brain needs. It gets you in touch with your creativity, your positivity, with your true self.
Here’s my intake on this adventure:
I used to be a couch potato, at times I still am a couch potato, but now when I am, I read, draw, or paint. I’m currently painting on my carpet. (Don’t worry it’s protected with newspaper).
Visualisation takes me places while staying on my couch, I see myself being a better version than I currently am. It motivates me to become that person, I see paintings, it motivates me to paint said painting. I see myself becoming fitter, I then exercise to achieve my goal.
Visualisation got me out of my depression.
It gets me out on « low days », but not only.
I mostly have « high days » nowadays, I take 30 mins out of my day, and click play on a live zoom or an on demand class on Tap Into and my already good day turns into an even better day.
The more I do it the better I feel, the more I practice the more I strengthen my brain.
This is just the aspect of visualising.
What you also get, is Natalie. You get to have talks with her, to enter the community she has created. To meet everyone else when you attend the lives. You get to meet everyone in real life on friday’s at House of Wisdom in London.
You get her energy, her good vibes, her motivation. And it’s the most exciting thing.
So really why wouldn’t you want to be the better version of yourself?
To feel relaxed, energized, inspired, happy.
I really do believe we have to feed our brain regularly if not daily to become our happy selves.
