I have no idea why this has 5 star!
When I called them I discussed my case exactly and they assured me that they can help me! They took £150 and I was booked for a consultation!
When consultation starts, they said they can’t help me with my issue! They could just advise on my visa situation going forward! It felt that I was fooled.

IAS supported my wife and I through the full spouse visa process. They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly throughout, which made the application much less stressful.

I've worked with IAS many times over the years for advice and immigration education. Then, working with Jonathan Brown to obtain my actual visa was a godsend. He's incredibly well-informed, with the proper support from the team he works with at IAS. Jonathan thoroughly ensured things were done properly the whole way through. And it paid off! Thank you!

I have used IAS twice now, for my initial visa and my renewal and they have honestly been so amazing to work with. The process for applying for visas is so confusing, but working with IAS made everything so much easier. For both instances, they have always been prompt and answered every question that I had. They were also very transparent in every step, providing drafts of applications or fee changes that come up.

The staff and attorneys are extremely helpful and I always feel confident that the work they done is thorough and correct.

I also appreciate how up to date IAS are when it has come to changes in the immigration rules. They have offered seminars and helpful information as soon as the rules are updated or changed.

I will definitely be using IAS again for my future renewals and I always mention the brilliant work of the company and the staff when I share my experiences with people.

While phone contact isn’t always immediate due to high demand, and you’ve got to understand they do deal with an high volume of applications. Email responses have been prompt and reliable. Reina has always replied the same day. So please don’t let this put you off!

All these 5 star reviews have to be fake! My experience with this company was absolutely shocking! Passed from pillar to post. Can absolutely never get to speak to your supposed "case worker" I can't urge you enough to go to different company.

From Day 1 the team was awesome and easy to work with!!! They were there every step of the way, even with the massive time difference they were great! Before I was recommended to IAS, I had a lot of problems with immigration lawyers. Some of the problems were (i) lawyers receiving communication from the Home Office and failing to contact me, (ii) once you have assigned them to do the work, they will keep on charging until you end up paying thousands of pounds without receiving proper service. On three occasions, I have used IAS, and I have found them to be very professional and reliable. Once you assign them a matter, you can rest assured that they will work on it. Once they tell you a fee for an assigned matter, that is the fee you pay. They do not try to take advantage of their clients. The only thing that needs improvement, according to me, is communication. You can pursue a caseworker and fail to get back timely feedback. This can sometimes cause anxiety among clients. Apart from the small negative bits, IAS will do the work wholeheartedly.

I’m very happy with the service provided by IAS. I’ve been a client from the beginning—starting with my Spouse Visa and continuing all the way through to ILR. Throughout the process, Saimah Razzaq and Naz Jiva were incredibly helpful and efficient in coordinating all the requirements. They followed my requested timeline, gave clear instructions, and maintained excellent communication. I truly appreciate all the support I’ve received and will continue using their services through to my citizenship.
