Habe meine Anlage jetzt seit Oktober 2025. Seither ist sie sicherlich 6x ausgefallen. Von IBC kommt keine direkte Antwort , nur zum Installateur , obwohl ich auch direkt einen Serviceantrag bei IBC gestellt habe.

Ich habe eine PV-Anlage mit Komponenten von IBC installieren lassen. Als es mit dem Statikbericht des Installateurs ein kleines Problem gab, hat mir der AD von IBC kompetent geholfen. Vielen Dank!
