Fast and accurate

I never get the correct amount for # of items from Ingles. This is a hassle and I am not happy about it. people need to really check when using an Ingles grocery store receipt

I had several items that I purchased online- grocery pickup that I did not get my cash back. I do not get a paper receipt. My Walmart account is linked to my Ibotta. Your website is impossible to find where to add items that I bought and your app didn’t recognize. This is an ongoing problem I have been having

Almost every time. I check the offer and it’s good but I lose the extra bonus because you don’t count it then you give me grief and ask for copies over and over of receipts. It’s always a battle.

Too difficult to earn. Products are usually not everyday use products.

I have 2 items that , when the bar code is scanned, match the offer that I marked ahead of purchase, but they are not showing up in my list and will not give me credit for the purchase. It’s the kraft shredded cheese . I bought 2, but it has no “must buy” quantity listed.

Tried 4 variations of king Oscar mackerel which you advertised as payable. Barcodes don’t work. Too busy to deal with this nonsense.

I cannot verify my phone hence I cannot withdraw the funds. I have tried to receive a phone call as well as verify via text but keep getting an error message. The "help center" on the website also gives an error code. Why would anyone do this for free? Please help

It would be really nice if you could say what the item is that has a cash back or a clue as to what type of product it’s under. The item I brought which had a cash back on was nothing like what was available to choose from, I just guessed and scanned the bar code and it matched.

Ibotta is easy to use! I've been able to save money and to try new products that I may not have tried due to a price I wasn't willing/able to pay without the offered cash back from Ibotta.

The few times my discount was not paid, Ibotta replied immediately and remedied the issue.

I made a special shopping trip and yall denied my receipt saying you couldn't read the date when it was clearly readable. Scam! And im upset. I have tried to make a ticket and talk to people but there's no way to get in contact with anyone
Horrible customer service and experience

It took a week to get my money. Im very frustrated To submit offers. There is always A problem. I Had no way to contact anybody Because the offer was still pending. Your app is very stressfull.

The company always gives $ back on useful products, products that I already use and products that could be useful based on my prior purchases. They give the $ back quickly and when you request the $ to be returned to ypu , that is quickly returned also. Great company to work with!

No problem submitting my receipt. Quick response.

Even though the product is listed in the description of the discount, the bar code would not qualify for the product. I took pictures and manually input the code but still did not get credit. Very disappointed.

Today was the second issue I've had with Dollar General not sending my receipts to Ibotta. I purchased what I had saved on my account, put my credentials in and double checked to make sure it was accepted due to the issue before with DG. All was fine except 10 hours later, my receipt has not been sent to Ibotta. Be careful shopping at DG, make sure your purchases are sent to your account.

The item featured in the photo and in my receipt did not “match and I lost $10 on Claritin kids

Receipt scan software is poor. Mostly cannot read store name even though receipt clearly has it. Need to talk to Fetch and get their version…

I purchased persil 84 oz laundry detergent and should have received $2.00, but you said my purchase was ineligible!!! I did purchase the product and I am very frustrated! I purchased the correct amount and correct size of product and still did not receive the $2.00. I think i will cash out and delete the app, too much work for no return !!!!!!!
