Withdrawal from roobet hasn’t been credited to my icashone account yet. Rooobet says it was successfully withdrawn. But you AI support says without adding a bank account I can’t withdraw the funds to my icashone wallet. I’m unable to add the bank details. When i ask the support they create a wrong ticket. Please open a ticket for me under not receiving withdrawal from roobet to my icash one wallet. This is the transaction ID 3439443400 roobet gave me. I’m didn’t receive the withdrawal coz my bank isn’t added in icashone.

I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with iCash.One.
I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 on April 25, 2026 (Payout ID: 9291834). The transaction status is showing as completed, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account even after several days.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but all I received were automated responses with no real solution. Despite asking repeatedly, they have failed to provide the UTR number or any transaction proof.
This raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of this platform. Holding users’ money without proper communication or proof is completely unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this service. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot trust this platform.

Do NOT deposit money into iCash.One! This platform is a total scam. I have been a user for a long time, but they have now stolen 5,300 INR from me.
I made two separate deposits via UPI (Payment IDs: 500814630 and 500835881). The money was deducted from my bank account immediately, but it was NEVER credited to my iCash wallet. It has been nearly a month, and the funds are still missing.
The "Support" is a joke:
They ignore all emails.
They give fake "ticket numbers" to buy time.
They claim they are "reviewing with processors" but never provide a solution.
Now, they have stopped replying altogether.
They are happy to take your money in seconds, but when it fails to show up, they vanish. I have already filed a formal complaint with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and the Cyber Crime Cell.
STAY AWAY from this app if you value your money. They are defrauding their customers!

Today its been 17 days since my money is stuck since 6-4 they ask me to wait till 17-4 if refund is received automatically if not they requested to send them bank statement which i already did today is 22-4 and i send them everything they ask me to request refund from bank.. Why should I request for refund from my bank where icash.one they are providing the payment method. Even though i reached to my bank for refund they ask me to provide me the date of refund issued by the merchant since 4 days i am asking them to provide me the date of refund initiated from there side which they are not providing without the date of refund issued by the merchant they cannot initiate the refund. they are frauds and thief don't trust them we all should take legal action on this company so it should shut down immediately and on trust pilot it should be marked as SCAM not sa WARNING!

From my end, the bank confirmation email and transaction statement clearly indicate that the transaction was successful, and these serve as valid proof.
