Icashone is a money laundering app

I has deposited 10000 INR 13 days back on 6th april but still the money is not credited in my account.

I have summit all proof from Bank statements to bank letters still the icash haven't paid a penny. They are running Money laundering scam where we are told to deposit in a 3rd party UPI bank account which is always red flaged by the Bank security.

This people told me to deposit in a bank account name Wagh electronics pvt limited when I did my research on this complete it turn out it was a shell company to do all tye li legal transactions.. My Bank as ask Me for merchant bank statement as icash claims they haven't received the money but icash deny to share bank statement of the bank I have deposited as if they share the details all there money laundrying transaction will be out in open.

If you scroll now you will know anyone is complaining about the same deposit thing this can't be a single errors its a plan SCAM they are running just don't use this app its a Scam.

Fraud is a understatement for this site

I will keep short for now..

This people are nothing but scammers, I have deposited 10000 INR with all the prof, bank statements even bank letter claiming that the transaction was successful as it was a success they refund/ cashback rejected still they won’t top up my deposit saying they haven’t received it.

Seriously? It’s been 12 days and I know now it have been scammed.

I know a lot of things about Icash and for now I will keep it simple for you. This is the bank account you told me to deposit money in.

Deposit problem has not solved


I made a payment of 1000 rupees on 4th April at 8:43 PM. The amount has been debited from my bank, but it has still not been added to my account. Your service provider is neither helping me solve this nor making any effort to resolve my problem. I have already provided all my documents and bank statement, but my issue is still not resolved.

I cash one is a fake application

I am facing a serious issue with iCash.One regarding a withdrawal of ₹45,000 pending from last 4 months🤣🤣🤣.
The platform claims that the transaction was “successful” and even provided a UTR. However, after multiple confirmations with Kotak Mahindra Bank, I have been clearly informed that the transaction is NOT received and the UTR is not traceable in banking systems.
Despite sharing this evidence, the support team continues to delay resolution and is now not responding to emails. This raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating the matter to regulatory authorities and consumer forums.
Posting this to warn others — please be cautious while dealing with such platforms.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience, as my top-up of 3000Rs was not credited. I tried raising the issue, but the customer support initially did not respond for 5 days, and when they finally did, they said, "Your top-up has been successfully credited," even though it still had not!

The UTR for the payment was 290725923692, and the Payment ID on iCash.One is 500859826.

Although I must mention, I did deposit quite a few times before that, and all of them were successful. It is not about the bad experience; sometimes issues like this happen; it is about the bad customer support.

worst service

Worst experience and worst customer service I knew they will reply this review but they ain't gonna solve my issue, icashone one of the worst payment system I ever had experienced i deposited 1000 on 9 April 3:53 pm . And it's been 5 days I have been begging them to reflect my 1000 in the wallet but no response, is it very hard to solve a top up issue for a big payment system? They literally taking days to solve it may be not . Payment I'd 500854868 . They probably reply this review with a bot generated msg but not try to solve my issue . I'll let you all know if they solve my issue and gave me genuine service.

Strongly DO NOT recommend icash.one to anyone unless you’re ready to deal with stress, delays, and unresponsive support

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a payment service.

I had multiple ₹1000 transactions that got debited from my bank but were not credited to my account. After follow-ups and even posting here, only ONE transaction was resolved — while TWO others are STILL pending with the exact same issue.

What’s worse is the way customer support is handling this:
- They reply only once a day (if at all)
- Every new agent asks for different details
- I’ve already provided the required (masked UPI details) TWO DAYS AGO, yet there’s no progress
- They keep asking the same questions again and again like no one is actually tracking the case

It honestly feels like there is ZERO coordination within their support team. No ownership, no urgency, and no proper resolution process.

This is not just poor service — this is NEGLIGENCE when it comes to handling customers’ money.

I need my remaining ₹2000 credited IMMEDIATELY. This kind of delay and careless handling is completely unacceptable.

Strongly DO NOT recommend icash.one to anyone unless you’re ready to deal with stress, delays, and unresponsive support

When I contacted my bank for reversal they are saying amount is settled to raise a dispute need bank statement. I cash team is saying they can't provide statement if they have not received money then they should share statement. I don't know what to do. This has been a complete headache…

This has been a complete headache dealing with iCash.one. Around 10 days ago, a transactions of ₹500 were debited from my account but never credited. After repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response regarding the issue.

Their customer support is extremely poor—they reply only once every 3–4 days, and most of the responses are generic and useless. There is no clarity on who is handling the case, and every reply feels like it’s coming from a different person with no accountability.

Why can’t they assign a single support person to handle a case instead of sending repetitive template responses? This kind of delay and lack of ownership in handling financial transactions is completely unacceptable.

I need my pending amount to be credited at any cost, as soon as possible, without any further delays. Very disappointing experience—I would not recommend this service at all.
