They don't ever add new games. In fact they haven't added a single game in several months now. Also, they claim to have a great VIP system but there is absolutely NO VIP system anywhere to be found on the website, and when asked, support doesn't respond.

The most annoying thing is the daily login streak simply just doesn't actually award that days bonus "box" more than half the time. There are 4 or 5 extra boxes over a months time you get for daily login, and when you reach about 3 to 4 of the 5 total, it shows the reward, and has an animation of the currency being added to your balance, but doesn't actually add it. I and hundreds of others have messaged them about this, and they simply gas light you saying that you DID receive it even though you most definitely DID NOT. Strange and wildly obvious way to lose player faith if you ask me... especially to then lie and emotionally abuse your customers when they call you out for it. I have over 50 screen recordings (mostly my own and then many from others sent to me as well) of the whole process of logging in to claim it, showing everything I just described, and then proving it didn't actually give the reward. I've sent these to them but they just continue to gaslight you despite the indisputable proof anyways. Bad start and even worse overall look and show of bad faith for this new website. Especially when it's sister website, CrownCoins is so much better in all ways. Even they are going down hill with their overtly obvious, algorithm based wins though... Can't call it "random" or "RNG" when it's all an algorithm, now can you guys...

It sucks. Several times I've waited a day and was supposed to get a tier like dollar when you reach level 5 or 8 or something. It shows the money go up, the green sc coins, and it's not in the balance. Has happened several times. They have literally like ten slots. And there's a reason they only use Ruby games cause they have the absolute worst return to player, on other platforms as well. I've deposited in the past but I recommend not messing with this one

If I try to redeem more than $50 at a time it will just stay in pending limbo, I have been able to get some of my winnings doing this but now every redemption fails.
I’ve sent them an email, and message via instagram with no response, I call their number and it just rings. Their “support chat” is no help and can’t actually speak to anyone.
Others have resorted to contacting the FTC and other agencies so that may be my next step if they don’t respond and give my all my winnings.
It shows Sunflower Technology Inc as the company in the US but after some research it seems that they are based out of Israel or somewhere like that.

Unsure if it is ligit I have to verify phone number and it never sends the code I tried too many attempts I'm done with it

I have been playing for about 3-4 months. The first few redemptions were good. I played with no worries since they were a sister company to Crowns Coins. I have a redemption that is taking longer than usual to process. This is not good, but I am waiting to give them the opportunity to approve and deposit.
