I have been waiting for a redemption payout to Skrill since 2/11/25. There is no on site customer service and no one has responded to my multiple emails. I have no idea what the issue is as their sister site Crown Coins was excellent and had payment within 2 days of redemption request.

Every single day I play & win NOTHING I have put $ into the website and still nothing trash stay away they select which profiles win . My girlfriend did but I have played same games & watch mine win nothing .

Having the same issue as others have reported. My first two redemptions were processed fairly quick. In less than an hour they were approved and sent to my Skrill account. They were small amounts though ($100). Not sure If that has something to do with it. My next redemption was a little larger and took about a day to receive. But I did receive it nonetheless. Now I’m sitting on a redemption that has been pending for a few days. Looks like the larger the redemption, the longer they hold off on it. I’m also trying to contact support but can’t find a way to reach a live support person. Can only send and receive automated messages. Im willing to update and give a different rating if I can get in touch with a live support person and see what’s going on with my redemption. Till then 2 stars is all I can give.

Only putting 3 stars due to the fact that I’ve once had a redemption here and it was processed within 30 minutes, no issues but now they are going on almost a week with no redemption received by me and just keep getting the run around. Support just gives the same copy and paste answers without giving me any update on where mine is in the whole process. Seeing people get paid out $3k within minutes of submitting it and I can’t seem to get my redemption which is going on 7 days now. Completely unacceptable & will be finding elsewhere to put my money. Just be cautious depositing here. Will update when things take a turn.

My first payout of 50$ was fast within 30min but now I won 500$and no customer service no approved acknowledgement of me even trying to redeem just pending for almost a week now so they hook ya in then get ya very disappointed

Is been more then 2 weeks since they told me to submit a photo of me holding the card and a video of me holding the card.

I started it skeptical of this site so I only played my daily free sc but the other day I decided to try purchasing $5 worth of GC and I won! I was so excited and the best part is that I had my money within an hour of redeeming! Definitely recommend!

Rule of thumb for new sweepstakes casinos is to try to win off of their free play before depositing your real money. Many of them are not regulated and are in the business of stealing people's money and not honoring winnings. They do advertise that it is free to play and must offer ways to get free SC to get around gambling regulations.
That said I ran into an issue with this site not rewarding daily login tier bonuses. There are two ways they give free SC, Every other day sometimes every two upcoming daily log in and a tier level with gift boxes that once check marked gives you free SC. A few weeks ago I noticed I'd meet the tier and my SC balance would not reflect the reward. I decided to message customer service. They gaslit me the entire time telling me that I did get the bonus and I spent the bonus spinning on a game when I didn't. I let it go because the csr remained adamant to the point I began second guessing myself. I let it go and would collect the daily again no problem and even the tier bonus worked the next time. Today I reached a new tier with a message telling me the sc I earned and went to my sc balance and it did not load and I did not spin on a game. I messaged customer service again and they maintained the same gaslighting rhetoric they used before saying I did get the bonus and spin on a game when I know for a fact I did not. They are so wrong and strong they will lie to you tell you you did something you know for a fact you didn't do. Based on this experience I am glad I never deposited there. I could only imagine their withdrawal process would be a nightmare with the way they communicate with players. Id advise everyone else to save their time and money and play on more professional sites like Chanced, Draftkings or FanDuel.

48 hours and my skrill payment still has not been approved have not received an email saying they have received my request ..also being told it can be up to 7 days for an approval

Just found this new sweeps casino and so far I'm really enjoying it. It reminds me of a couple others that I play often, but the interface here is one of the simplest to navigate I've ever seen. UPDATE: 12/12/2024 - We STILL have NOT been provided with a refund EIGHT DAYS after informing iCasino of this incident. Today we are contacting VISA and Mastercard directly to inform them of the UNACCEPTABLE violations of their merchant agreements, filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, submitting a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and contacting all national and local news media outlets.

Clearly this foreign entity believes it’s outside of the reaches of our legal and regulatory system. I will continue to provide updates throughout this process and expect a much more significant response after the above mentioned agencies reach out to both Sunflower Technology Inc and iCasino.com.

Incredibly, a lack of ANY identity verification process led to my 15 year old AUTISTIC minor child being allowed to purchase $1580 in “gold coin packages” within a mere 24 hours. Police report has been filed yet they are still refusing to refund the money that was obtained by unauthorized use of a SPONSORED(minor) CASHAPP debit card.

This will be my second review in a short period of time but the support staff Especially Emily and Ryan i belief both have worked over the past 8 plus hours on my account trying fix some internal problems that keep in mind doesn't stop me from playing but helps me redeem gifts for some things i completed. They could have just said you have already gotten it or we dont see the error maybe next time, But they have not quit.
