They were really helpful. I was able to communicate with someone via instagram and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I ordered a trapstar jacket and i told them that i needed it asap because i was travelling. They insured me that it will be with me quicker than expected and it came on time. It was my first time ordering and i was a-bit skeptical but everything went smoothly. Will be ordering from here again, great people!

Two trapstar tracksuits
I ordered twoTrapstar tracksuits. One of them was perfect but the other one was wrong it was shorts instead of trousers. I emailed on Christmas Day and also got a reply which I wasn’t expecting. I spoke with an advisor called Ella who was very helpful and explained for me to send the item back via tracked postage and they would cover the costs. I sent the proof of postage and they sent the other tracksuit straight out. They refunded my postage costs and had my tracksuit before new year. A mistake which was rectified to the highest standard. Great customer service!

After coming across this website by chance a week before Christmas, they managed to source the two trapstar tracksuits quickly and I recieved them both before Christmas! The customer service was excellent & provided me with a valid reason to why 1 tracksuit came before the other, outstanding service and will definitely be purchasing again from them. Couldn't ask for better service especially just before Christmas. Happy customer
