Thank you for the feedback. International orders can often be delayed due to customs. We apologise for the delays. We use the fastest couriers from UK for international delivery and often it is very fast to EU however on occasions it can be held up by your local customs which customers often forget. It’s best to stay on top of tracking updates and once it arrives to your local customs try and get in contact with them to speed up the process.

I received a different item than the one ordered on their site (Order #2858).
The seller pretended it was the correct item when obviously it was not.
The evidence is provided to them and they do not accept their error.
I lose money because the return costs are my responsibility.

When I order product A and you send product B, while claiming that you sent the correct item, then yes it is indeed a SCAM.
Now you are pretending that it was me who sent the wrong item, you are pitiful, disgusting, shame on you.

We’ve been trading for years now and have never scammed. We appreciate all feedback however your review is just a clear defamation. Infact your review is contradictory confirming we fulfilled your order. However you was not happy with the product. Which we was more than happy to assist and resolve (was in communication) however you have then opened a PayPal dispute which as policy we can then only communicate via that app. PayPal then dictated you return and they have stated you pay for the returns cost. Not us. Also furthermore your review was flagged a defamation as you titled it as scammer which is not true and a clear attempt at falsifying the information. We recommend you research what scammer means in English before you put it on a businesses reviews in block capitals. Also adding this you’ve also returned the wrong item to our team via the PayPal dispute so it maybe possible that you’ve attempted to scam our business in conclusion and we will be contacting PayPal with the evidence.

You failed to send us any emails responding with the requested data. You made a purchase for a 1.5k single jacket which we clearly stated due to high value on our emails will need to be authenticated by a third party professional service as we don’t want to risk any issues. We also have been super clear on how the sourcing of this product will work when you purchased within 24hours and you had no issues or raised any concerns. As we stated in our last response you will receive your order and a tracking reference has been generated for collection from our store this week. Please be aware that we are more than happy with criticism however you’ve completely falsified this entire review and twisted the facts to tailor your side. I was a bit upset to begin with as when I was ordering it said if you pay ten pounds you with get it in three days. I don’t know if I got it wrong but my grandsons birthday was in 5 days so I thought perfect. Other than that, staff were helpful when I emailed and once I got confirmation the jacket was delivered swiftly. Packed well apart from a rip in the bag making me wonder if it was second hand.

This is a thumbs down for this review. I was allowed to order and pay for items that weren’t in stock. The money was returned but why sell something that is not in stock? It was a birthday present and the delay meant I couldn’t give a present on time. Embarrassing!
