Shipped quick. Nice packaging. Just as described. I think I needed at least a 22” though. The 20” isn’t long enough.

I bought a chain, a bracelet, and a necklace from them, but they all lost their shine and luster within six months.
Two of the pendants, a compass and a cross, had defects such as the back metal piece falling off. The blue diamond-like striped bracelet didn't keep the shine that was promised.
The bracelet broke because it was not soldered properly, and when you asked for a replacement, they gave you an attitude and said they only replace it once. which they did.
I did not bother to try to replace the other items because of the hassle did not trust them to do it.
The products were not worth the 200-plus dollars I spent, and I regret buying from them.

One star - Terrible quality and service

I bought a chain, a bracelet, and a necklace from ice. CO, and I wish I hadn’t. All of them lost their shine and luster within six months, and looked cheap and dull. The pendants were even worse. The back metal piece fell off the compass, and the blue diamond on the cross cut into the pendant. The bracelet broke because it was not soldered properly, and when I called customer service, they said they only replace items once, and they acted like they were doing me a favor. I didn’t even try to replace the other items, because I knew they wouldn’t do it or they would give me more trouble. I wasted over 200 dollars on this junk, and I can’t wear it anymore. It’s a rip-off. Don’t buy from them.

The chain did break but it was good quality

Great customer service received the necklace in about 5 days really quick. I have had it about a couple of months now and still loving it. I get so many complements on it and people really like it. This necklace was definitely worth every penny and I would buy again and if anyone is looking for a really nice necklace for the money this is it.

My son was very very satisfied with his necklace and bracelet! The price was affordable, and the package arrived in a timely manner! He is really loving his ICE!!!
