What made my experience good with Ice Mob is that they delivered what they said they would! And the product is actually nice! You know exactly what you get when purchasing from Ice Mob.

I am satisfied with the appearance of the chain and earings, but I feel if the cross wasn't so light, it would feel better on my neck. The earings are perfect, they look nice and don't iritate my ears as do most. Shipping was great, it got here when it said it would.

Overall experience is 5 star. I purchased the necklace and pendent for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, after two days of wearing the chain my son had an allergic reaction. Since, this was order on 25 Nov 23, and he received the gift on 25 Dec 2023, it was pass Icemob 30 day return policy.

The chains are absolutely amazing there really good quality there clean and I haven't gotten a scratch on mine yet and I wear it 24/7. I absolutely recommend icemob to anyone wanting a good quality chain for a low price.
