My second purchase of a beanbag. Exceptional service, speedy delivery and perfect product. My kids love their beanbags. They are just the right shape/size and the covers (both corduroy) are lovely. Couldn't recommend more highly. And really good value for money.

it wasn't difficult but it was a ball ache , Note: do the filling outside this will stop any stray poly balls sticking to anything it gets in contact with.

Ordered a beanbag chair from Icon via…
Ordered a beanbag chair from Icon via B&Q. When it arrived it was too large for the space and I also didn't like the colour - neither of which was the fault of the company. After finding their returns details and providing order info I was provided with a QR code. All I had to do was rebox the beanbag, tape it up, take it to the post office and show them the barcode so they could print a label for the return. Couldn't have been easier, excellent customer service and the beanbag was very comfortable just not right for my space. Would definitely consider buying from them again in the future due to excellent customer service.
The only slight negative was that I was matched with an AI chatbot when going through the returns process. It asked some redundant questions but was fairly easy to work with, I just dislike AI on principle.
