Breach of guidelines
Beware
I went online to get help ensuring a digital passport photo would meet the requirements, but I had to pay. No problem, but the enhancement did not reach the online passport office standard. Frustrated I accepted the loss of my online payment of £2.90. What I didn’t anticipate was 2x £39.90 withdrawals 2 months later saying I had subscribed. Agreed it’s in the detail, but no reminders no emails asking for confirmation I wanted to continue, a clear rip off for a service that never delivered in the first place. Shocking - user beware!

Misleading company
Misleading company, when I ordered I saw nowhere that this was based on a monthly payment. I thought it was a one time payment for just one month and if I wanted another month I had to purchase again. I just saw on my account 7 months of payment for nothing since I just used it once. Really disappointed. Definitely do not recommend.

Need a photo occasionally... offer at €2.90 is perfect.
Then, without any request, 2 days later a charge of €39.9 for a subscription never taken out. It's really well done because at no time is the subscription mentioned. I just reread both emails received following my order in full and no hidden information either.

Fraudulent Subscription
They signed me up for their monthly subscription (£39.90 /mo) when I was just using their one off service that costs £2.99. I realised it late, but thanks to my credit card provider, second month’s payment was declined.
I’m going to say that this is fraud. I didn’t even know what service they subscribed me for!

I apparently entered a subscription without knowing. I only noticed the regular payments too late. Under the impression that I only bought a single biometric photo sent to me via mail now I already lost over 120 Euro for that due to the hidden subscription. It seems to be a fraud, be careful!

Deceptive subscription practices mean you will be charged 40 EUR after a small purchase
This service is close to a scam – DON'T USE IT. You make a low-value purchase for the processing of a photo and they proceed to automatically sign you up to a monthly subscription for almost 40 EUR per month without any clear notification. You can find your "agreement" in the small print at the bottom of your order confirmation email. This practice is unscrupulous and lacks even the basic transparency required to operate for example on the Apple App Store, which explains why they don't have an app there. All in all, a dreadful business model and I will be complaining to all relevant trading standards bodies and disputing the dishonest charges already levied.
