Breach of guidelines
WATCH OUT!!!! THEY PUT YOU ON SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!
They will do you a picture. I paid £2 for some passport pictures. That is all I wanted. However I have since discovered now that they are helping themselves to regular monthly amounts of £34 from my bank account. Why would they think I would want to pay £34 a month to them if I am not having passport photos done? This is flagrant deception. So suggest you do NOT use ID Photo if you don't have to - beyond doing what they are supposed to do they will help themselves to your money too. Not cool.

Scam company.AVOID. Paid £2 for a photo and was inadvertently signed up to a £38.90 pm subscription. They don’t even use the word subscription in the tiny print . Confusing , misleading words . Been on hold to their ‘customer service’ for 1 hr. AVOID. They have since refunded the payments taken .

Very bad service
Very bad service. Photo that was approved by id photo, was not able to be used as did not meet passport requirements. Then they proceeded to want to charge a £40 monthly subscription!
When i tried to contact them I got this reply: id.photo has expired and may be renewed by the owner.

This is a scam, they take a one off payment for a passport photo and then sneakily engage you into a monthly subscription for 39.99 EUR/month. At no point was it clearly shown to me that I was engaging in a monthly subscription.
They have been reported to the French fraud prevention authority.

Do not use this website. I got scammed for a subscription of 40€ per month just to crop a passport photo. I’ve been emailing since April looking for a refund. They have 1 email address that’s scamming me, responding to me in french and claiming to have sent my refund.
