The website was easy to use and I had no problems with my order. Would buy from again.

Does not pair to any item I have tried. 3 headphones/ earbuds and 1 bluetooth speaker. So not exactly helpful when it is supposed to do bluetooth stuff. Contacted you too with no reply so far. Not surprised really.

IDaffodil has great products which are delivered reliably and quickly. They also recommend other purchases exactly to requirements which is extremely helpful if you are not familiar with what is available in the mobile tech industry suitable for the outdoors. Plus they have a great name for their business!

The USB Stick arrived promptly, good service,ideal appendage for our set top box. However I bought this version because the previous one didn't format properly. This one does, being formatted already but we still have watch TV in TV mode whilst recording which isn't a problem really (when recording a programme whatever command you give it, it won't register.)
The remote & set-top box themselves are easy to use & respond immediately.

Fantastic little radio, beautiful design and excellent sound quality. A Warning From A customer

I was already disappointed by the fact that the DVB520 has failed after just 14 months even though when I purchased on the 4th Dec 2024 as refurbished unit with their assurance that it had been fully tested by a professional engineer.

When I complained to Digital daffodil T/A iDaffodil asking for help their response was basically tough as item only had six month warranty OK but under the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT any item purchased should be of reasonable quality and last a reasonable length of time.

Obviously iDaffodil consider 14 months a reasonable amount of time for their products to last before becoming unusable ( FIT FOR THE BIN) its a good job that not all companies
use this as a benchmark so Beware I suggest you think twice before buying from this company.

Firstly, the product ; August dual tuner recorder.
It arrived in clean protective custom packaging and was delivered on time by Royal Mail Ive had a previous August tuner for many years ,but this model was vastly superior in every respect.particularly in modern software enabling ease of use ,and quality of picture and quality of build. And at a decent price

Our laptop light is a great idea. It's a bit flimsy but hey, it's only cheap so that's okay.

The issues are twofold. Firstly, the flexible stem is too short so it obstructs the display. Secondly it really isn't that bright and with the short stem illumination is uneven, with one side of the keyboard not having much at all.

It's fine for the money but I can't really recommend it to be fair.

Using the controls on the DAB radio very easy, and quality of sound is great for a small portable radio.

Great little radio which is a good back up for power cuts.

There should be an option for zero stars as that is my opinion of iDaffodil and their shoddy goods and company practices.

I ordered two electronic cigarette lighters on 9 Jan 2026 at a cost of £20.72 which included postage. Delivered on 14 Jan. One lighter did not work so I submitted an online return form on their website. The other lighter then failed. I changed the lighters to the spare coils provided. Still did not work.

After much email chasing, I got a response on 23 Jan outlining their 'Returns' policy.

Basically, the Buyer is required to return the items in the original packaging. Fair enough. But.... the Buyer must pay the return postage costs and there is a deduction made from the refund if any packaging is missing.

IDaffodil's 'engineers' will then inspect the items and decide if they are faulty or not. If they decide they are faulty, return postage costs up to the value of £4 will be added to the refund.

I advised IDaffodil that I would like a Prepaid Returns Label as I did not wish to be responsible for the items getting lost or damaged in transit to them. Based on their response, and reading trust pilot reviews, I did not feel comfortable that I would receive a refund or my return postage costs.

I have already lost £20.72 so I am not going to throw away more money on return postage costs.

I will, however, take other steps to recoup my costs.

IDaffodil will continue to operate and scam more buyers. I recommend buyers avoid them at all costs.
