Avoid IDaffodil and read their 'Returns' Policy
There should be an option for zero stars as that is my opinion of iDaffodil and their shoddy goods and company practices.
I ordered two electronic cigarette lighters on 9 Jan 2026 at a cost of £20.72 which included postage. Delivered on 14 Jan. One lighter did not work so I submitted an online return form on their website. The other lighter then failed. I changed the lighters to the spare coils provided. Still did not work.
After much email chasing, I got a response on 23 Jan outlining their 'Returns' policy.
Basically, the Buyer is required to return the items in the original packaging. Fair enough. But.... the Buyer must pay the return postage costs and there is a deduction made from the refund if any packaging is missing.
IDaffodil's 'engineers' will then inspect the items and decide if they are faulty or not. If they decide they are faulty, return postage costs up to the value of £4 will be added to the refund.
I advised IDaffodil that I would like a Prepaid Returns Label as I did not wish to be responsible for the items getting lost or damaged in transit to them. Based on their response, and reading trust pilot reviews, I did not feel comfortable that I would receive a refund or my return postage costs.
I have already lost £20.72 so I am not going to throw away more money on return postage costs.
I will, however, take other steps to recoup my costs.
IDaffodil will continue to operate and scam more buyers. I recommend buyers avoid them at all costs.

Missing part for wireless pointer.
I ordered and received a wireless pointer for presentations. The box was missing the small radio frequency USB that gives the signal to a laptop. I tried e-mailing, but the address on the invoice is vague i.e. it ends .co (is that .co.uk or .com?). I got through by landline and a lady said she would get back to me, but didn't. However, a replacement duly arrived 3 days later, this time all working.

There is little I can say other than that the service was good and the product was delivered in good time. So I have no problems and if the need arises I will use their services again

Very poor !.- sent out a used item that was faulty ,and asked me to cover return postage costs so it could be re repaired.
I then had notification that my payment was being refunded but not the return postage!.
They will not respond to my emails and I was expecting a replacement item.
I DO NOT recommend this company!

WARNING ON WARRANTY CLAIMS - BEWARE!
Warning! If you have to return a product under warranty be aware that you have to pay in advance for the return cost & are informed that the cost of return postage will be refunded when the reported fault has been confirmed by their ‘engineers’.
Fault reported was confirmed, I received postage cost refund less a fee for the the refund transaction that IDAFFODIL processed, not me! When I contacted idaffodil pointing this out I was told that they had made a full refund & the fee for the return postage was my responsibility!
Took my breath away. Not again!
UPDATE - I have just received the replacement EP650 headphones following my in warranty fault claim.
The faulty headphones I returned to iDaffodil had only been used a few times & have been replaced by REFURBISHED GRADE B headphones. I have no knowledge of the history of these refurbs but being GRADE B leaves me concerned as to their long term durability. They also came with the wrong matching colour USB charging cable,
