Timely and efficient
It was nice to sort my problem via a phone call. The engineer came within two days of my call to Ideal. (This I assured them was fine as they offered to look for something sooner). The work was done quickly and efficiently. The part was covered by warranty.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Boiler just under 48 hours above the 2 years warranty and the customer services team said the repair has to be chargeable. The gas engineer who picked-up the fault said, Ideal Heating boilers are having sich faults as many other customers have reported. I would not buy these boilers or recommend anyone to them!
