Love my new case and finger hold, solid and sexy!

The iPhone case is good looking and it protects the phone really well.

I would never go anywhere but ideal of Sweden for my phone charging needs. Excellent customer service, fast shipping and quality products!

About 4 weeks after getting the case and I have to get a new one it doesn’t fit the phone in the corner in the left it has a tiny bit of plastic holding it in so it’s always moving around inside the case or falling out, so annoying for the price!! I have an iPhone 12, my last case from here I loved and lasted me for 2 years but this one is such a bad fit!!

I’ve never had a worse experience with an online shop that isn’t renowned in the US. The were unaccommadating on multiple accounts. There is no customer service phone number which makes it so difficult to communicate with the team. And when I emailed they didn’t answer my question directly just repeated what a previous associated had said with a link that wasn’t working - which was so frustrating. The item I bought went on sale 3 days after I ordered it, before I received the package and they wouldn’t honor the sale price for me- instead told me I need to return the item and by it at the sale price, but would have to pay for shipping. Which makes absolutely no sense, it’s just more work on both sides- not to mention I don’t know one other company that would do that during a pandemic and in 2021 when online shopping is so pervasive. And beyond that, they wouldn’t send me a label to return when I said the instructions on the site were inaccurate - they told me the same instructions. Just poor customer service all around. You’re supposed to make it easy for your customers to buy things and make them want to buy, not make it more difficult and make them not want to shop. I could’ve been a very valued customer and I have a horrible taste in my mouth.

Exceptional quality. I was hesitant to buy but it surpassed my expectations. It arrived quickly and undamaged. I will definitely be ordering my phone cases from here from now on.

I bought 2 wireless chargers. They don't always work the best. After leaving our phones on them we sometimes come back and they haven't charged at all.

I made a mistake and ordered a case for an iPhone 12 Pro Max instead of a 12 Pro. There was no information on how to return for an exchange. I tried the web-set but guidelines were so fuzz I gave up.
I am so disappointed as I have used your cases for years. It just left me with a bad taste.

Your US distribution company sent me the wrong sized iPhone wallet. I have tried to call the company customer service (in Columbus, OH), and no one live answers, just voice mail. I have followed their instructions and have emailed them twice without a response. I am very unhappy about this. As the seller, you should look into it

Fancy iphone cases! I love that their cases are magnetic. It’s perfect with their magnetic grip and magnetic card holder. Very convenient! I lived overseas and shipping to our APO address was only within a week. That’s fast enough compared to our normal 2 weeks shipping from US to Germany! Satisfied :)
