I purchased a cell phone case for Galaxy S10 but received a case for a S10+, wrong size. Despite several tries to contact customer service -still waiting!
Return policy requires me to return the initial wrong size case, at my cost. Then I had to reorder a new case (what are the odds the 2d case would still be wrong?) but I liked the case style and ordered it. Viola! A correct size case came on the second try. But I have had no contact yet 2 weeks later about a refund for the 1st case, wrong size remember. I tried all aspects of contact with return policy mechanisms to no avail. I will now submit a dispute to my credit card. IDEAL OF SWEDEN, up your game; very disappointing.

Very poor customer service to no customer service
No customer service. No phone number that gets answered. No supplier in USA to talk to. And I wanted to buy the other wallet, the magnetic latch on this thin tan or light brown colored wallet, opens too easily.
I asked where do I send it and get the old style wallet without the soft button slots in the hinge of the wallet. No reply, no text and no call.
