My order was for wrong size iPhone case. How do I return it for new case order??? Betty jones

I got a phone cover for my iPhone. The cover is beautiful, creative and different!
I just wish the cover came around a little more to cover the front of the phone.
Arrived quickly!

Looks pretty but I expected real leather. Real python. Looks cheaper than on the picture

I’ve bought their iPhone wallet again every time I’ve worn the last one out. Love that product and get complimented on it regularly.

I wrote an email to ideal of Sweden asking how can I return my product and still two weeks later nobody contacted me back

Poor product quality. Cap didn't stay on securely while the bottom half of the case did. Within a couple of weeks, the foam lining was already peeling and as a result the top half of the case just came off. While the design is beautiful, I will not purchase from this company again.

Poor quality products. Purchased the black atelier case in nightfall croco during their Black Friday event for approximately 25USD. Less than one month of use and the case is broken at the top left corner and cracked on the top right. There is no lip to protect the phone screen, the case itself has almost zero grip. Will not repurchase nor recommend for purchase, certainly not at regular price.

I purchased a wallet, case, iPod case and purse strap... all great quality! Really elegant. It's worth the money. The only thing I would change is the gold plaques... they would look more luxuries if the company name was imposed. Otherwise great products!

The bag is pretty itself I just didn't like that it came with two scratches since it's new I was expecting no issues. It also came in a bag (the package) I think it would of been better for them to send it in a box so it wouldn't squeeze. I would like to post a pic of it but I don't see an option for that-_-

Just ok! Nothing special. The magnetic grip is not strong enough to really hold the case securely so it will drop the phone, really let down. On a positive side it is a gorgeous pattern.

I love all 3 of the products I purchased. They are all very stylish and functional. Love that they match and can be used interchangeably with the magnetisation. I will definitely make purchases again in the near future.

I bought a very lovely black phone case... wallet style. It has a magnet case you set your phone in and that holds it in the wallet case. Great idea and the magnet is quite strong. However, after less than a month small pieces of the magnet on both bottom sides are coming off. I emailed the company, it has been a week and I have yet to hear from them. Not very good customer service and a defective product. Wouldn't recommend.

I absolutely love all 4 of my Ideal of Sweden phone cases with magnetic ring grips. They are so stylish and attractive, they fit my phone perfectly, and I get many compliments on them. They work well with my wireless chargers, too. Top quality!

My phone case broke within a week of having it. It is taking a very long time for customer service to get back to me.

Love the products, but the return policy/shipping is abysmal compared to other companies and the restrictions on using gift cards (only one at a time and only on full price merchandise) is frustrating beyond belief since the mechanics are basically a “promo code” in which case that's how they should be marketed / sold (I definitely feel “duped”).
