I purchased the magnetic ring and magnetic phone holder for car vent and ended up throwing away because the magnet wasn’t strong enough. I attempted to use with the iPhone 12 Pro Max with the iPhone branded case that allows for magnetic charger.

I removed cover to use “Ideal of Sweden” products but that isn’t a viable option as it is extremely inconvenient to remove and replace cover every time I want to use the ring or car phone holder. Additionally I wouldn’t use the ring without a cover and risk dropping the phone and cracking screen glass.

I chose not to return the item because it was delivered via DHL which isn’t a convenient delivery service in the US.

ordered the wrong product recently, sent it back over 3 weeks ago and ordered a new one. Tried to figure out how to contact ideal of Sweden about this but all they have is a generic bot they keep referring to. If you want to email them you have to dig to find a contact email. I found it here. When I contacted them they said they haven’t recieved my return. I wrote my own address on the package in case it wouldn’t be delivered and haven’t recieved it back so it should def have arrived by now as I sent it within Sweden. I had missed the info on that I need to get a post receipt as there was no one to ask. Basically customer service told me there’s nothing they can do. I do understand to a certain extent you need to know if a product actually has been shipped but I did fill out the return form plus sent them my receipt. There’s some companies that try to give you the best experience possible and help you if there’s been hickups along the way. Basically because they want you to come back. This is not one of those companies. They simply stated there’s nothing they can do and I won’t get my refund. So how I’ve ended up paying double for this one product. Incredibly unhelpful and not at all interested to meet you as a customer. Also reading other peoples reviews it's pretty clear they're not interested in helping, they just reply - "let us know if there's anything we can do to help!" when whoever wrote the review has clearly stated how they want help and isn't getting any. Definitely don’t recommend!

Very cute phone case, came fast, works great :)

The case design is beautiful, just as it looked in picture. I was disappointed though, that the cutouts are larger than others making it less strong and protective than I’d hoped. Additionally, the magnet holder is weak, allowing it to slide around feeling insecure; yet strong enough that when I remove the outer loop to place it on my wireless charger, the inner magnet prevents the charger from working.
Could the weak magnet attachment be because the the inner magnet was not as meant to be? Instructions said to peel off the film on each magnet piece. The outer piece had plastic film. The inside piece had no plastic film. It had felt covering which would not peel off, it was firmly stuck but some pieces would tear away. Why? Was that meant to stay because a plastic film was already missing or was the felt meant to come off completely?

The product I ordered was missing an essential piece that rendered it unusble without the part. After weeks of trying to get in contact I received no answer and now have a useless product I do not use.

The case is pretty but that’s all. I had it for less than a month when the top broke.

I ordered a phone cover February 4th. We received a wrong cover, even though the order was correctly made. We send it back. I have not received the right cover or my money back yet. I have contacted customer service several times with no help.

Ideal of Sweden is a reliable company in that they provided me with accurate descriptions of the items I wanted, in opening a Klarna credit card,
in costs that I’ll incur and in tracking my shipments.
