Avoid this company!
Stupidly got sucked into an Instagram advert for Squishmallow advent calendar. Advert/profile looked legit. Waited weeks and weeks with no comms so contacted the company for an update, all you get back is an automated response. Tried to cancel my order and request a refund as soon as I did some research and saw all the bad reviews. Again, only received an automated response. Calendar finally arrives (9th December) and it’s a fake, does not contain the soft plush toys it’s meant to but tiny plastic figures. What a waste of almost 30 quid.

The absolute worst thing and disappointment!
Advent calendar was advertised to be lovely little soft toys and is a complete waste of money and didn’t come till 9 days into December

I purchased an F1 advent calendar from this site on 5th of November. It arrived on 8th of December after chasing about 5 times with no replies from the customer services.
The product is terrible none of the items resemble anything like the description provided about the product on the website.
Nothing had any resemblance to F1 or any of the teams. A bunch of cheap coloured plastics!!!
You could buy the plastic helmets and cars in the pound shop instead of paying over £30.

When ordering I checked where they would ship from it stated USA but the product is a very cheap Chinese plastic not worth the shipping cost far less the cost of the product.
It was to be delivered with 15 days it took over a month from ordering it.
They are scam don’t buy their products!!! Sadly I can’t upload A photo of what the product contains compared to what they describe on the site.

Extraordinary example of fraud by misrepresentation. Purchased F1 Advent Calendar which gas no F1 content of any kind other than printed on the outside box. Inside, cheap plastic crap with no F1 relevance.

F1 advent calendar. The condition it came in and the quality of the products are disgusting and not what is advertised. The cars are cheap plastic and do not look like F1 cars and very dangerous as well. The pins of the wheels have damaged the advent calendar and the box it came in.
The pins are showing and very dangerous and a hazard to health.
The cars are meant to be able to be played with. But some are damaged, missing pieces and again are dangerous to health.
The helmets, you can't make sense of the branding and are just molds of plastic in a shape of a helmet.
This is not how it was advertised and is failing the Misrepresentation Act 1967 in United Kingdom.
The cars are meant to branded as F1 teams. This is not apparent on any of the cars.
Only branded of F1 is on the box.
What is advertised on the advent calendar is not what is inside, the cars are all cheap plastic and the helmets are a blob of plastic!!!
So angry and I ordered this 5th November and it finally came down.
Never again will I use this company.
I advise everyone to not use the company.

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought the F1 advent calendar expecting something far better than I received. Cheap cars and rubbery helmets that had no relevance to any season in F1 other than their vague shape. The pull back cars last five minutes before the mechanisms failed. The cars were even unique to each other…5 matching pairs. To top it off there was only 20 doors. Last time I checked there were 24 days in advent.
I wanted to leave a review in their website but there wasn’t anywhere to post one…clearly the ones to entice you to buy are fictitious.
In the process of trying to get my money back.

This company needs shutting down they should not be trading the goods I received are obviously counterfeit and definitely not funko goods and the box must be forged

Not at all what was advertised, I spent a lot of money on cheap cars that were advertised as racing cars with f1 cars on the box.

Ordered a godzilla advent calendar which should have little figures what the sent was a calender containing flat bits of plastic with some picture of godzilla which isn't clear. Contacted them on 1st Dec and they offered a 30% refund. This isn't good enough since they haven't provided what was advertised. I've raised with PayPal.

Paid for order and no advent calendar received - sounds a corrupt company so AVIOD

No stars for this company but review page doesn’t give that option. As previously said by other customers AVOID this company. No order received and no response to emails. I doubt they even have a customer service. Sadly advent calendar for grandchild not arrived so very disappointed. Why are companies like this allowed to operate? They should be banned!!!

F1 calendar £27.99 absolute tack

I ordered 3 x squishmallow advent calendars on 9.11.24 after seeing an are very on Instagram. Still waiting. I emailed the company and was given a tracking link but no tracking number. I have since emailed again asking for a refund. I think the next step will be reporting this website and I would urge others to do the same via the National Cyber Security Centre online.

Paid £29.99 for an advent calendar. Never turned up. No email communications.

This firm is not in UK, do not be fooled by the website.

A total and utter con. And worst of all, my daughter has no calendar.

Same as all the above… money taken and 3 weeks later no order number etc. I’ve followed up twice only to receive tracking numbers that don’t work. Last email said delivery in 15 days which will be too late for a calendar. Very disappointed children!

Like most I didn’t get any email confirmations of the order and no one replied to my emails. I sent a Facebook message and no reply. After reading all these reviews I sent a second message via Facebook saying I was going to my bank to get my money back with the evidence that I had made contact and all these bad reviews.
They then replied! Saying my product was out of stock and they were waiting for more to be made! It was an advent calendar so no way it would make it in time. I told them I wanted a refund and they have said it’s been done and will take 4-8 days. I will update if it comes though.
