After reading the other reviews my heart sank as I awaited my order as I knew it was a scam company.

I placed an order for a calendar for Christmas as a cost of just under £18.

It became apparent this was then coming from China due to a delivery update email.I then received a SMS stating my delivery was in a warehouse and cannot be delivered due to lack of delivery details. My full name, address, town and postcode are on there.

SCAM WARNING. They sent a link which I followed and it took me to a page that appeared to be Royal Mail requesting all my details again. That’s where I decided to jump ship and write off my money as lost. Very upsetting being a single person household in a cost of living crisis and just trying to buy people nice and thoughtful gifts for Christmas. I will be so careful going forward with purchases online.

Ordered the magnetic cube and it is TINY. Really misleading advertising. I've emailed them three times requesting return info and they've ignored all emails (despite previously replying when I contacted them about the two weeks it was taking to deliver in the first place...). Please avoid.

Taylor Swift calendar is VERY poor quality - not professionally printed.
The decompression metallic rubik's cube is smaller than my thumb nail!! The order cost just short of £30. What a waste of money. Buyer Beware!!!!

The magnetic cube thing was about the size of a thimble. Complete waste of money, unless the person in the video was about 2 years old there is no way it was the same product. When I complained this is the response:

Total scam. Never arrived

Initially thought it was a scam after ordering because they didn't reply to my email when I asked for a refund.
However. This company is based in China ( according to the tracking )
You will get the item BUT it will take about a week and a half. If you want the item before christmas then do not buy from here.

Ordered from this site online not through FB. Tracking seemed ok but then Item was registered as delivered, it was NOT.
Update, now delivered. Apparently Lycra outer.
I had previously contacted this company to change the size ordered before dispatch, communication came late saying the item had been dispatched and order could not be changed. My name in any communication was never used and no one signed the email at the bottom.

Absolute garbage,if i could give no star i would.Ordered item for girlfriend,no number on delivery no item delivered e mail after email to them,one poor reply then silence.Do not use!!!

I wish I had checked here before ordering. Ordered some Christmas presents a few weeks ago, and the website seemed legit. When I clicked through to the tracking link alarm bells started to ring. The items I ordered seem to be shipped from Europe via China (strange), with no ETA on when they will be sent on. This must be a scam company. I have no confidence that I will ever see items I ordered.

Received 2 advent calendars yesterday (ordered in early November so disappointed to begin with!) and they were the biggest load of tat I’ve ever had the misfortune of spending money on! What a load of rubbish and a waste of time and money!
Wish I’d read the reviews on here before buying! Pity you can’t leave it on their website, utter cr*p!

No tracking, no response complete scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

i would give no stars tbh , ordered a Taylor swift calendar still not arrived . difficult to pin down for tracking when it will arrive. feel i have been conned. Never again

No item, no confirmation, no tracking or delivery, no communication but 2 payments taken from PayPal.

Have you even read your terrible reviews. Can't see you trading much longer.

Just of read the reviews first my own fault but definitely won't be ordering again. I received a load of tat definitely not what was advertised!
£20 for tat 😔 lesson learned.

They stole pictures of my Etsy product and advertising it as their own so I’m pretty sure this is a scam website 😡

Order a engraved mirror over two weeks ago still not got it emailed about four times and not one as been responded to,looks like it’s a con and I’ve lost my money

Was going to purchase from them but they asked for a tip at checkout.
I think this is a terrible practice for an online shop, and I find it quite tacky that they are asking customers to subsidise them for poorly paying their employees.
I think this shows a massive lack of understanding and respect for their customers and I hope they reconsider this practice in future and pay their employees properly themselves.
