I am still waiting for my wig. I ordered on October 17. When l check it still says it in China airport. Im so freaking upset and disappointed. I needed my wig for November 1.

Great, lots of choices.

I received this wig and it was not what I expected from the picture online. I tried to exchange or return and was told it was too far to ship ( China) and that they would refund $15 back from a $125 purchase. Ridiculous! Then they said I could send it back, but had to take pictures and it would take weeks for them to get it back. I kept the wig and swallowed my losses, but will never buy again.

I was able to quickly find what I was looking for & at a great price. I'm excited about my purchase & can't wait for arrival.

I would like to understand why I can change my password or I’m going to have to cancel my order

A rip off company in China. I ordered a small wig they sent a helmet. Piss me off. Why have an option for small wigs if you're shipping big head wigs. I tell the majority of women have big heads. All these wigs made for a watermelon head. The straps don't make the wig fit when it's big. You have to sew it small. They will not get another dime from me. Scandalous. All these good reviews but I only saw one that's honest and said she had to do surgery on the wig . Ain't nobody got time for that.

Order was as described.

Speed on delivery. Quality of hair. Color always as advertised. I have ordered the Sam wig at least 10’times if not more. I love the wig. Indonesian there was

I mean all I had to do is choose the wigs that I wanted size and order , now when I get them then I can say how I like and the quality of the wigs

It was very easy to find what I was looking for, I just typed in ombre wigs, and I was looking for something that had red in it or burgundy, and found it.

I liked the texture of the wig. However, the coloring was not as described, nor the layering. I will cut the wig to give me something similar to the picture. I'm still undecided about the coloring. I ordered a second wig of a different style before making a final judgment of the company before posting in my wig reviews.

Everything was excellent in helping me choose which one I like best

It took over two weeks for me to receive the wig. Highly unacceptable. It was very stressful going back and forth with customer service and the many excuses. I would have given zero but I love the wig. The shipment process is horrific.

It was easy to find what I wanted and easy to check out.

The wig was horrendous. The cut, the style was nothing like the photo which I realized later was AI generated. When realized this I went to their INSTAGRAM and noticed there were no comments. The communication regarding delivery was awful. I finally reported my $107. purchase to Paypal for them not following up. All the sudden I get this hack job of a wig next day FedEx which was not the carrier on the purchase record. I don’t recommend them ever.

This company advertised free return within 30 days. The wig I received is not the wig I ordered yet they refuse to allow the return. The product is inferior and you will be extremely unhappy as I overpaid. I could have gone to the local store and gotten a much better wig at a cheaper price. I thought they had quality wigs.
