Bought a wig several months ago and started receiving bills from Fed Ex. about the tariff due related to the wig from Idefinewig. Sent copy to their customer service. Their response was If I paid it send proof. Since I didn’t pay it I again sent the bill but no response from their customer service. Now I received a letter from a collection agency trying to collect a debt for Federal Express Corp.

It was easy purchasing the wigs. I am looking forward in receiving them soon.

Horrible service, I ordered a wig that said ship in 48 hours. I never received a confirmation email or anything saying I purchased a wig. I get an email stating it takes awhile for the warehouse to get the order. I said ok I will wait, now it’s been over a week still no order confirmation. I received another email stating they will deduct $15 from my order if I moved forward with the purchase. It’s now day number 12 still no confirmation and the wig still hasn’t been shipped. What a waste of time. I don’t know why these wig companies think they can get your money and don’t deliver a product. I would never spend my money with this company. They have no customer service and they practice bad business. If you are wanting your wig for a function or in a timely matter do not buy from them. All you get is automated responses. Do right by the people spending money with you.

Your product was appealing and easy to order.

Easy to order. Great styles to choose from. Expensive options shown with cheapest price shown ..does not match.

It was easy to place an order.. can't wait to try it on.

I chose the pixie curly wig, would like to have gotten it in a Grey or salt and pepper color, however the one chosen is closer to my natural hair..

It is easy to scroll through the various units once I have set the parameters of what I am looking for. I also take time to check out the new units for inspiration.

I love the last wig i purchased. I still haven't received one of the wigs I ordered. It was the mixed wet curly wig. I have not received it.
I had ordered it twice, I did not get the second one as of yet. I have called, I have email & texted about the missing wig & no respond.

I define has refused to give my daughter a full refund. They have offered $25 she paid over $200 for the wig.
She has triple negative breast cancer and wanted to be prepared when her hair falls out.
There is no owner listed for this company. The wigs are made in China, but I suspect they have distribution ware houses even through a Los Angeles address is given for the company. My daughter's order was mailed from NY.
Any company that deceives customers by telling them there's a 30 day refund policy and then comes up with all these exception is not a trustworthy company.
The wig is not human hair, the box says it's virgin hair.

I dislike the shipping process, I like your products, but!!! after receiving my last order, I had stated l will not place another order due my order took longer then expected to be delivered, I feel every one deserves a second chance, due to your delivery process my items/ order should be delivered by 11/15/2025, Thank you.

Don’t believe them when they say they do 30 day returns. My Mom purchased a wig and when she received it (almost two weeks later) the wig looked nothing like the website. She contacted them and was told she would have to pay the shipping. Then they emailed her again and said they could give her a measly $30 dollar refund or a small amount off another purchase but nothing close to the amount she initially spent. They said she could take the wig to a stylist to have it made to her liking if she wanted to go that route. Completely unprofessional in my opinion.

It took over a month to recieve the wig. When I finally got the wig it looked nothing like the advertised picture. It is suppose to be a shag with bangs. What I got was a somewhat curly wig all one length ... I tried to contact them to no avail ... They don't answer or return calls. After writing this review I noticed that people have had the exact same experience that I have. They don't offer refunds as advertised. It's a scam, I am sad and disappointed on what I received. If someone can tell me how to upload a picture to this site. I will upload the advertised picture and what I received in the mail. Thanks

The style of the wig was very appealing .

The wigs are LOVELY! It was easy to pay and the site is security protected.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. The wig was butchered. Gave them 1 star for refunding MAJORITY of my money. Had the nerve to tell me to brush the raggedy wig as if it would magically change it! SCAM! They made money regardless talking about shipping charges. I paid to ship it back which they said they refunded…. But it doesn’t add up! They got that!!!!

Just a few things ..... I don't like the "density" charge. I do understand that your wigs are human hair, but why not make them substantial enough that that additional cost is not needed. I have been wearing wigs for several years and this is the first time I experience this type of charge. If you order just the wig without specifying the density increase, you wig will be thin and sparce on the top. I just ordered my 3rd wig with Idefinewig and no I did not up the density due to the style (Afro). Im prayful, I will be happy with that decision. Also why does it take so long to receive your wigs? Again, I'm assuming "density" holds up the mailing process. Bottom line, I do like and recommend your product!
