Please do not get sucked in, and waste your hard earned money!

I ordered two of these dresses a few weeks ago now, as they seemed ideal for the hot summer weather.

When they eventually arrived they were folded and squeezed into a small package with no delivery note and no information from the supplier.
I found the following;
•the fit is small for the size, so the bodice is tight, not loose.
•the bodice is too short, and does not reach the waist / hip line
• the bodice has been constructed with only one (badly shaped & positioned) princess seam instead of two, so the fit is lopsided.
• the pockets not elasticated as described
•the fabric is not cotton linen as advertised, but a lighter blended cotton polyester
•overall poorly quality, and certainly not as represented in the advertising

I suppose that that in my case the only thing I can agree is that I did receive 2 garments in the colours I selected.

I have emailed the company, but like everyone else who has written reviews here, I am being stonewalled, and Emails are being ignored.
Next move is contacting PayPal.

Dreadful- all the same reviews. One dart. Any luck with PayPal? Firm offered £4!!

This is a scam. Dress badly made with one dart missing in bodice!! Don’t buy anything from this phony firm.

Dress received had a seam across bodice one side but not the other making it unwearable as lopsided . Contacted company with photos offer £4 back ! I contacted again for full refund & returned dress after Paypal involved . Despite sending photos of proof of return postage emails ignored !
If I could give less that one star I would . Total rubbish !!

I ordered a dress from an advert on Facebook. When it eventually arrived it had a random seam sewn across the bodice,as if scraps were used to make it!
Immediately emailed the company to ask how to return the item and get a refund. I was duly asked to send photos of the fault, which I did. I have now had a reply saying that the item was checked before dispatch so they can't help me! Do they think I cut it up and made the seam myself? Please don't use this company.

I've discovered that this company is based at a nonsensical address in Beaconsfield UK, so why would they have to go through numerous stops throughout the USA to deliver to the UK? I called a number on their website and of course the voice was very much Chinese. Interestingly the recorded message began with 'if you have a complaint or haven't received your order' so sounds like it's a common complaint. Then goes on to offer an email address that doesn't work and bounces back. Face it, this is a scam that depends on customers getting so fed up of getting continual emails, ending with after 7 weeks telling you that they've delivered to your "OUTHOUSE" and for you to ask your neighbours about your delivery, it's almost comical. please don't get sucked in by the ads showing a professional looking company, you will never get your order or a refund. I am considering small claims court.

My wife saw a dress in a phone ad, which I duly ordered online from Identicalt. The dress took about 10 days to come and was not suitable , so we decided to return it. You had to go back to their on line catalogue to find the return policy details, which appeared perfectly normal, but even then you were asked to e-mail them for the return procedure and address, which I did. Their first response was to ask for a picture of the QR code from the original packaging , which I sent to them. They replied apologising for my dissatisfaction and offering me 4GBP "compensation". I then replied, pasting their full return policy in my response, asking for a full refund of £23.99. Their reply was to double the "compensation" offer to 8GBP, and tell me to keep the dress as, and I quote:- " Our warehouse is in China now, thus the shipping fee may be very expensive to you". I checked the cost of postage, and the minimum was £13.97. I knew then that I was on a loser and asked for 15GBP "compensation". Their counter offer was 12GBP, which I have now accepted, having lost just under £12. Identicalt.com have you over a barrel, because they have a return policy which they know they will not have to follow, because of the cost of returning goods to China.
The only positive side was that their customer service were very quick with their responses, even if they weren't what I wanted to hear.
