It took 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive. That is a bot long and 6 days longer than estimated. The shoes are perfect - really nice.

Ordered the Identita Karen boots in patent red with 120 mm heel as a present for my girlfriend, Dana. Communication pre-delivery was non-existent. The boots did finally arrive about one month after they were ordered. My girlfriend absolutely loves these boots. She is a "boot-aholic" and already had 14 or 15 pairs of thigh high boots. These Karen boots are (just below the) knee boots in a beautiful striking red colour. My girlfriend loves the boots. She is normally a size 39 but ordered one size up (size 40) because there is no zip so one needs to be careful on size. However, the size is a perfect fit for her. She loves these boots and says they are high quality and super sexy. She gets many compliments. The boots are not cheap but the quality is excellent so the boots are actually really "good value for money."

First of all I like the model of my boots. I purchased the FARAH BLACK SUEDE and I love them so much, so female with my wardrobe. I really love the brand and also the quality. The texture of the material is amazing. They are high but easy to walk and a lot of compliments received. I am so happy I discovered Identita Shoes.

Quality of the shoe. Finest of leather, assembly; the heel perfectly vertical so there is no rolling of ankles.
But, Quality is by far the best sales point and there is no other Italian hand-made shoe that can compare.

Unfortunatelly the sandals were too big, sent them back within few days after arrival, communicated with you via e-mail, this was about 3 weeks now, the new pair still not here so little dissapointed :(

I bought ankle boots, and the calf feels a bit tight. I need to stresh the leather. Otherwise I would hve put 5.
