I bought the Jolie Animalier sandals and I’m obsessed! They are incredibly comfortable — I could wear them all day. Beyond comfort, they’re easily one of the sexiest pairs I own. They elongate the leg beautifully and instantly make you feel like a confident, badass, sexy woman. Absolutely love them!

Mu husband ordered boots as a gift for me one year ago and they’ve quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. The heel height is just right — tall enough to add elegance, but still walkable for a few hours. I wear them hours straight, including dancing, and my feet don’t hurt.
Style-wise, they look exactly like the photos — sleek, modern, and very flattering.
The quality is impressive. After a few wears, they still look brand new — no scuffs, and the sole has good grip.The zipper is smooth, and the stitching feels solid.
If you’re looking for a pair of high heel boots that combine style and comfort, these are a great choice. I’d absolutely buy them again in another color.

Smooth sailing. I but surprised about having to pay taxes twice because I had the package sent to Miami (freight forwarder) then my home in Costa Rica. But otherwise all good.

I ordered a pair of wedding shoes from Identita in August 2024 (Order #321370). They arrived broken and faulty straight out of the box – part of the sole was missing, making them completely unwearable. These were meant for my wedding, and the stress and disappointment caused was immense.

When I contacted their customer service, I was told I had to return the defective shoes at my own cost – despite the fact that they had sent me faulty goods. I did so, carefully marking the package as “Faulty Return” as instructed, and provided proof of postage. That was the last I heard.

It has now been over a year, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have never received a refund for the shoes or for the £30 return shipping. Identita has ignored my emails and failed to take any accountability.

This company sold me a defective product, refused to cover return costs, and then failed to process a refund. Their handling of this issue has been unprofessional, unethical, and frankly disgraceful. Brides beware: do not trust Identita with your special day.

Thieves, bad reviews everywhere – before you buy shoes from them, read online. I approached two pairs, but they were too small, available for extras or access to money – even though I was assured that this would be the case, I still haven't received any shoes or money.
They've scammed a lot of people. Beware of these thieves!

Waiting for a refund for more than 2 months.quality is not great. When you return something you have to pay for the post. They acknowledged getting the shoes back but they don’t reimburse me. Plain robbery. Avoid. They only answered my email once. Not serious people and not cheap. But elsewhere not here

Great heels. Very fast shipping! I ordered on a Friday in the US and they arrived on Monday. Would definitely order more. Great value.

NO REFUND. Despite returning the shoes and company acknowledging the receipt they never refunded the 300 euros. Numerous emails and phone calls with lies that the refund is.with their accounting. 6 months of communications. They were rude and not responding to me at the end.the company is a scam. They never return refunds

The shoes I received was in very low quality and 100% used. They said ok, just send them back and we will initiate a refund, you get your money in 30 days. After 30 days I didnt get any money-back so I initiate chargeback with my bank, only after bank investigation I reveived my money. So advice to everybody who not receiving money back after returning shoes - start a chargeback process, it helps.

In October 2024, I bought 3 pairs of Ivanka boots. I spoke with a good manager who sent me an invoice to PayPal without any problems. I paid via PayPal. I received the boots and was generally satisfied.
I decided to buy 2 more pairs of boots.
But in July 2025, I contacted a completely inadequate manager who responded only the next day.
They stopped responding to my request to send an invoice to PayPal at all.
PayPal provides at least some kind of money-back guarantee, unlike a bank transfer.
For two weeks now, I have not been able to get a clear answer. My messages are ignored.
Moreover, I asked my Italian friend to call this office. He said that the communication was terrible. And the person he spoke with was rude!!!
I conclude that these managers are completely unmotivated to sell their goods.

I was a bit scared to order based on negative reviews that I read (I do hope that in case of a return their refund system works) however, I took a risk, because I was drooling over their heels for some time now - and omg I’m so happy I ordered! I live in Europe, my heels arrived fast, super smooth delivery and shoes are just stunning… Very good quality, perfect fit - Italians don’t mess around!

I bought the SWAMI BLACK PATENT AT 100mm (black), the shoes are beautiful but at first not so comfortable. The toes need cushion on the inside, however, the shoes are classy and true to size. They look exactly as the picture.
