Customer Service Is Key
We ordered one bottle and cap online because they don't send out samples. When we received the order the cap didn't fit the bottle and I presume this was my error. It would be more suitable if when placing an order online, if you order a non-compatible lid it should flag it up before you checkout. No one has called to check if our order was ok, or even to find out if the bottle and cap was suitable, or to suggest an alternative. There is no customer service in this regard. The order was shipped quickly, and received as expected. When I asked for an alternative via email I received a response, "we do not have white bottle but have natural bottle in the link", But this didn't help me much as I didn't want to receive another bottle with non-compatible lid.

Second Order
My second order with this company of 20 x 30ml clear plastic bottles, with caps. I keep small beads in them for my embroidery, for which they are perfect. I ordered a further 20 because I have been using a lot of beads, all different colours, so I want to keep each colour separate. I am sure I shall be ordering more in due course! Thank you very much.

Perhaps a tad pricey delivery
Reliable service and good and efficient tracking delivery.
Perhaps £12.00 delivery for an order costing £24.00 it is a little pricey.
I understand transport costs have gone up substantially but, if there was a way of bringing down the carriage cost… perhaps by grouping up more deliveries?
You would appreciate that 50% more added to goods price is rather stiff.
