Because the website description was inaccurate, I was told by the company that I could send back the items but I would have to pay the postage costs
I did this. No refund
I have now contacted them several times and been told I need to produce proof of postage
I did so via photograph of the certificate of post and this was apparently still not good enough
I can see I will not be getting my refund

Very helpful did what they said product is good

Website easy to navigate. Great prices and selection of products. Fast delivery. I bought 50 x 100ml travel bottles to put red bell pepper soup and blueberry juice in and freeze so I can take them out when needed. Easier to carry in rucksack and get my nutrition.

I know I could get product cheaper on Alibaba, but I love the fact Ideon respond quickly to queries, deliver when they say they will (next day if required), and any anomalies are dealt with quickly & efficiently.
For my small family run business this relationship works well.

Ordered some jars from here and was impressed with the quality.
Well packaged and secure, all glass products arrived in one piece.

Great product range as always but time between ordering and dispatch was disappointing and delivery cost for a small order is almost eye watering! I appreciate that costs have increased but, for my tiny outlet, I am fixing it hard to cover my costs.

Slow shipment, no communication about why delay. Not so friendly on the phone.

I ordered numerous types of bottles for my New Home. They came well packaging/ protected (as some were glass), really good condition. I was looking for ages on other websites for general plastic bottles for refilling, and they was all so expensive, where as Ideon is well priced, great quality and they’re recycled.. even better!! Will defo order from this site again!
