We ordered two IDPs for my wife and I and had them delivered to our address in Vietnam. There were issues with the delivery and we never received the driving permits. When we contacted IDPGlobe they simply send them again... no questions asked. The second time round everything went well ! The process was quick and efficient and the after sales team, reactive. 5 stars !

My experience thus far has been "as advertised". The online chat was helpful. Digital copy already in my possession. Book and Card to be mailed.

Easy to apply for. Received my IDP quickly. Email response to questions very fast.

This is fake… i have allready bough this, but it cannot be used in Japan!!

DO NOT USE THEM. TOTAL RUBBISH. YOU SIGN THEN PAY AND THEN THE TERMS STATE 20-40DAYS FOR ARRIVAL AFTER I TOLD THEM I REQUIRED IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS. NOW BEEN TRYING TO GET MYBREFUND AFTER THEY AGREED AND GIVE YOU EXCUSES THAT THEY ARE CHASING IT UP OR FOLLWOING UP. A WEEK LATER AND STILL WAITING . THEY DONT REPLY WITH A SIGNATURE EMAIL. THEY HAVE NOW BEEN REPORTED AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Scam, they say digital is guaranteed to work and then when it doesn’t they say no refund because we’re going to mail you out a physical. I’m in Paris for a short period and needed a digital international drivers license fast to rent a scooter. Little did I know I would be scammer 107$ for something that was rejected.

I ordered in error and the customer service was excellent and prompt when I was cancelling and they refunded me right away. They are true to their policy and we're very helpful and easy to deal with.

I had an issue with my address and I contacted IDP through mail and to my surprise they responded immediately and found me a solution within no time.

The application was an easy process. At first I didn’t receive the approval / document, but after following up the team responded immediately and helped me located the document.

nothing but lies from them. i paid for a IDP booklet which was needed in Italy to rent a car. they assured me it would get to my hotel first in Amsterdam, then Palarmo. they sent me tracking info thats when i found out it was being shipped from CHINA. Came back to the us and it still not at the last hotel we stayed at.
