I am not accustom to buying high end shoes, so take my review with a grain of salt. The shoes I bought came in a timely manner and are very good quality. The problem I have (keep in mind they are new and not yet broken in) is they are not comfortable yet. the top part of he shoes have no padding at all just leather (maybe its supposed to be that way) uppers. good looking shoes though, I hope to get them wore in and buy another pair.

I am still waiting on my brown suede chukka.

Terrible service

I took a chance on these Idrese suede chukkas. I was blown away when they came in. They are way better than I expected and I'll be getting another pair. I have a wide foot and the 2E width fits very well.

Wonderful and personable customer service. They expedited my shoes for free so I could get them broken in for my wedding ahead of times. The shoes themselves are beautiful and the company is always quick to respond and flexible to address concerns and issues.

I measured my foot length in accordance with their sizing guide and they fit well after break in.

Idrese is one of the best Goodyear shoe brands I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. When my friend ordered a custom double monk and since the day I saw them till now I have 2 pairs and 4 more on the way. The service is always kind. Very kind. I’m not sure why there is a nasty review below. This doesn’t seem like an experience Idrese would give.

Cheap shoes posing as expensive. Poor customer service. Don’t recommend.
These shoes took weeks to arrive. I got no communication from the company on the status of my order, and then suddenly I got an email to review the shoes. I didn’t even know if they were going to arrive and they asked me to review. I gave a poor review and right away they texted me about it. Only then did I find out my shoes would arrive in a week. A few days later I got an email from some guy named Jawad. It said my order will arrive. I’ve never heard this name before, there was no mention of Idrese, the email looks spammy (ship at pirateship.com) and no where in the email did it even mention shoes. How the heck was I supposed to know this email was legitimate and it has anything to do with my expensive shoes.
Super shady.
The shoes arrived and I was expecting so much more. I’ve worn handmade Italian shoes before, and this wasn’t near their quality. But it was more expensive. The stitching wasn’t nice. The soles were glued on unevenly. Under the insole there were stray strings that were haphazardly glued onto the shoes. They leather didn’t smell like fresh leather should. And the leather didn’t shine, it started creasing as soon as I put my foot in, and as I was putting on the shoe I already noticed a scratch. Terrible product.

Got a white Nuno, the leather was thick compare to other brand of similar pricing and the quality was excellence. Was able to find the right size after consulting with Jawad, excellence customer experience. It would be great if they have more color choice such as light grey and brown for their Nuno series.

Great design platform, the shoes come exactly as pictured.

Company was great to work with, answering all my questions and the shoes arrived quickly and they look better than expected.

I really liked the shoes and will definitely buy again from IDRESE. The shoes are very comfortable and easy to break in. Look great, with high quality leather and construction. Value for money is unbeatable and support team is top notch.

Casual Sneaker is Worth the price of admission! A year ago I wouldn't have spent so much on casual shoes but lingering pain in the ball of my foot made me reevaluate my footwear. I started researching the subject and realized, thanks to the YouTube channel Rose Anvil, not all shoes were made with the same degree of quality. The YouTuber Stridewise had a review of these shoes which really seemed to fit (pun not intended) my foot!

I'm 6'2", weigh 210lbs, and am pretty fit. Since these shoes are built like a boot with a steel shank and cork midsole, they seem to offer good arch support and a supportive sole which will conform to one's foot thanks to the cork. I like that the inside of the shoe only has a seam at the heel and a lower one which follows the stitch line of the sole. That said, I don't feel the two seams and can wear the shoes without socks comfortably.

Quality of the stitching seems first rate with only one loose thread. The leather seems of good quality and I really appreciate the leather liner! Communication during the build process was good with email updates. Highly recommend the shoes and Idrese!

The stitching on the shoes began to unravel with 2 months and was told the “structure of the shoe is intact” and ignored me. The look and feel of the shoe is very good, but I can confirm the longevity does not reflect the price. Johnston and Murphy is cheaper and will last decades longer than Idrese.

I received my first pair of shoes from Idrese. Ordered them and received them in three weeks! All I have to say is OMG! I am extraordinarily pleased with the shoes. I very MUCH enjoyed the experience in designing my shoes and the number of options, even down to the heel style. I was once a Undandy customer but NO MORE! They've won me over as a customer.

I got my dad a pair of custom dress boots from Idrese and he was so happy. The customer service is great. the shoes were delayed because of the holiday rush, but that didnt deter me from ordering my own. Excited for when mine arrive. I’ll provide an update then.
