Faulty Ienyrid ES60 Scoot arrived…
UPDATE# DONT BUY THIS SCOOTER CHEAP CHINESE PARTS AND POOR QUALITY. AND TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYERS BEWARE.,!!! I Brought an Ienyrid ES60 Scooter arrived on time but when I took it out the box the rear mudguard was broken so I couldn't attach it and the headset handle bar was faulty so it wobbles back and forth even after you tighten it so I cant ride it I have tried contacting Ienryd via email and WhatsApp but no reply it seems I am left with a faulty scooter and £1000 out of pocket I am so disappointed as ienryd say that have great customer service support I will keep trying and update.your customer service needs improving.i have spoke to ienyrid and they are sending me a new mudguard which is good thank you ienyrid but the loose head set I had to fix at a cost of £50 to myself and my time so disappointed in ienyrid as I sent them the videos of the headset via there what's app number but they just didn't want to take responsibility so I wouldn't recommend buying an ienyrid product.also I don't like leaving bad reviews for anything if the company would just reach out and replace the scooter I would be more than happy.
it isn't worth a thousand euros.UPDATES i have spoken to this Leo so called customer service agent who informed me he works for Ienyrid but not in the same department as the department I need to speak to.i have emailed the email address Leo gave me but to no avail ienyrid department email that I need they don't want to help me with there faulty scooter so I asked Leo can he speak with the other department please to resolve this faulty scooter thank you.see below for Leo replys from what's app message (quote Leo from ienyrid customer service I'm in a different department than him .Yes, iENYRID is a large company with many different divisions).unquote THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.!!!
