I applied Saudi Visa from them. My visa rejected last year I applied myself. I was granted visa. I had some confusion regarding family visas I chose them and they took around a month(My whole Umrah Plan Ruined including flight and hotel Bookings. May Allah Ruin these scammer. Ameen) and also said Visa Rejected. I asked for visa application numerous times never got. Thanksfully, I contacted my bank and filed for chargeback. Hope I will ger chargeback soon.

WARNING: Extremely shady practices and overcharging at InstaGlobalTravel.com. They charged me ~AED30,000 for a UAE visa service through two separate suspicious transactions to India.
Throughout the process, they repeatedly demanded additional personal information even after payment, using pressure tactics and vague excuses. When questioned about overcharging, they refused to provide clear explanations or refunds. They wouldn't provide any UAE application tracking number and kept insisting on "emergency contact details" even after visa issuance.
While they eventually delivered a valid visa, their conduct was highly unprofessional and concerning: misleading information about insurance requirements, refusing to provide official application IDs, and constant demands for unnecessary personal data. Their customer service switches between different agent names and uses delay tactics.
Yes, they can process valid visas, but their deceptive practices, overcharging, and suspicious handling of personal information make them untrustworthy. AVOID if you don't want to deal with stress and questionable business practices

Don't trustthis company they well rip you off

This is a fraudulent company and should be avoided at all cost! They took all my money and never processed the express visas that I paid for... purely a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs. It does not deserve its current rating and resembles a fraudulent company. I chatted with their customer service for about 30 minutes to ensure I would get an e-visa to India as a French citizen. I asked whether they had a refund policy and was told they had a 99% approval rate and therefore I should not worry about my application.
The fact is the application was rejected and instead of providing any sort of assistance they just washed their hands of any responsibility. On their WhatsApp chat, it took them 45 minutes just to tell me something I knew, i.e. that the application was rejected without any specific reason. The employee had the guts to tell me I was part of the unlucky "1%" that gets a negative response through IEVisa. They were also very confused and had a hard time making correct statements. The fact that this company only uses WhatsApp for direct contact does not help.
Their employees on the chat service push you to pay and make you think they are a definite way to get you a visa. However, when it comes to customer service, they just send you pre-drafted paragraphs about their non-liability clause and offer no additional assistance. Whether you apply through the official government website or this company, you will get the same treatment. It's an absolute scam and I recommend any person thinking of using IEVisa to pass and not waste their money.

Very good agency ,very cooperative staff they are doing on time and if I ask question they always response and always connected to your email or WhatsApp and if there's delayed they will inform you immediately ...so I can recommend your agency as well ....hope this agency will not change specially the staff please kept cooperate to all the costumers....

72 hours they say. 6 weeks later I had nothing. Although I follow up almost ecah day. Only robot responding.. wait let me check, you visa application is still in process. 2 sentences.

Terrible service, take 0 responsibility amd offer zero support. And its one of the more expensive one.

Never seen such a bad customer experience

This company charged very high brokerage costs for our visas. But okay, we did that ourselves. However, when confused communication arose via Whatsapp, we started to fear fraud. Especially considering some of the negative reviews on Trustpilot. Because you also send your personal details for a visa, you should be careful. Then we checked through the official channels.
In the end it all worked out through Stella (compliments!) from ieVisa. Visas are also officially legitimized. Conclusion: they are expensive, but they can do it. But their communication really needs to be better.

Unfortunately, I clicked their website and applied for 2 Saudi visas. They charged me US dollars 458, after 2 days when I asked for the visas they said that it is in process and I need to send a clear photo.
So I did that. The next day they called me and told I have to pay $260 to pay for the insurance. I said last time I didn't pay. Their reply was, now covid you have to pay.
My husband knew they were frauds and told me not to pay.

I thought it is better to pay and get the visa than to lose $458. But at last one card didn't work. I tried the other one and at last, they have cheated and taken all the money. Until now no news.
If anyone can take an action against these types of frauds, others won't be affected by their tricks. Anyhow one day they will pay the price for all this fraudulent work.

Dears, IE visa company's actual name Insta Tourism LLC. They will never provide you telephone number only whatsapp. If they are cheating you , they will not reply. you cannot talk to them.
If you want to complain to Dubai Economic Development Department customer protection, please use Insta Tourism LLC

Extremely slow, unhelpful customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone. Anytime I’d ask a direct question, customer support has a scripted answer and not a single time I got answer.

These guys are either completely incompetent or a complete scam. I'm writing this purely to warn people to avoid Ievisa.com at all costs.

I paid £115 for their 'express' service for an eVisa to Kenya at 18.40. I received a confirmation email saying my application was in process and even gave an application ref #.. So far so good.

Then I received another email saying payment had not been received and to effect payment immediately. As the money had left my account, I started messaging their Customer Service via whatsapp and after some initial verification questions they went dark - Completely unresponsive until the next day by which time I missed my flight.

After this I received whatsapp from another number with same brand logo saying do I need help booking a new flight and hotel - Dodgy af.

In the unlikely event that Ievisa.com are a legitimate business, they are not capable of delivering a simple eVisa within the advertised 12 hour guaranteed period.

I then used ecitizen.go.ke, paid $51 and got the eVisa within 6 hours.

I was supposed to apply through VFS Global but they informed me that they currently got suspended Afghanistan nationals applying for visa. So then I found ievisa which assured me that they don’t have any restrictions and since I live in Denmark and not Afghanistan there wouldn’t be any issues at there is 99,99% chance that I’ll get visa and if application is rejected I’ll get a refund, sounds too good to be true? It was. Meanwhile I wrote to immigration authorities and AMER24/7 where I was told that ALL Afghanistan nationals’ visa is restricted! So it is either that IEvisa didn’t know that or they just wanted me to apply (knowing it’ll be rejected) so they get their fee. I cannot believe that the information of restriction to Afghanistan nationals hadn’t reached them!! So please don’t use them!!!! They’re a fraudulent company and will do anything to get you to apply in order for them to earn the fee and that’s it. And yeah not to forget that they will try to tell you that you must buy health insurance from them because other health insurance wouldn’t work. . I wanted to get visa to Dubai. Scammers!!! I first asked multiple times if they could arrange the visa within 24 hours. They said YES 10000x and that I do not have to worry. Then, they sent the link to pay and direct after i paid, they asked $1600 to get the visa within the day. I asked for my money back and I didn't get it. I hope god punish them because my anger is huge !!! They know my situation, cause I was traveling to bury my father.

I applied for a 30 day single entry tourist visa to Abu Dhabi and still waiting.... no visa no refund nothing. The stole my money .Police and proper authorities should be notified to warn others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
