The compensation depends on the length of the flight but also how many hours the flight was delayed and varies between €250-600 per passenger. You are entitled to flight delay compensation in accordance with the regulation when you flew with an EU Airline that took off or landed within the EU. It worked out fine but the fee you take is obviously a bit of a rip off considering airlines have to pay this up. But that’s obviously your business model and a clever one as you know so many people don’t have the right organization/degree of determination to see things through. But anyways personally for me, for that amount of money I’d just prefer next time to do it myself.
