Delighted with service

Having collected my computer from iFix Tech, Poole, I am delighted to report that it now runs perfectly and indeed much faster. Also, the charge was extremely reasonable. Thoroughly recommend iFix Tech.

Problem with an iMac

I had a problem with an iMac. Paul talked through the diagnostic process as we didn't know if the problem could be solved. During the diagnostic, Paul communicated the options. I decided on this occasion to buy a new machine but Paul offered to help with the set up. Trustworthy - really important when you are sharing your important data.

Service second to none! Brilliant!

I had a slower running computer that needed updating.
I had originally had this custom built by the iFix Tech more years ago than I remember, but it has been brilliant.
Delighted that it can be fixed rather than being replaced.
IFixTech is great also for after sales/ fix care and would thoroughly recommend, nothing too much trouble!
The computer went in yesterday, I was fully updated throughout the day as to the progress & what was found. Quote given for fixes and then a message today to say all done. What a brilliant service! Thank you Paul!

Paul is amazing

Paul is amazing, he sorted out an issue with my son's gaming computer which two previous companies did not fix. I've used Paul's services for over 5 years for my business PC and it's always a pleasure to deal with him. Down to earth and no nonsense.

Tablet issue

I contacted Paul with a tablet issue. He kept me up-to-date with progress and explained the issues. Repaired and would definately recommend and would use again with any tech issues.

Very professional job and excellent service.

Best place to take your devices. My Laptop had an issue that was beyond anything I could do. I emailed Paul, and he got back to me that evening. Within 24hours of giving my device to Paul he had got back to me to with the main issues, a quote and how to resolve them. Once I gave the green light he resolved the issue and I had my device back and basically brand new. Very professional job done by Paul I would recommend anyone with issues with their PC/ other devices to seek his help.

NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD FALL FOR A SCAM

Sadly, I fell for a scam but thankfully did realise it before parting with any payment. I phoned Paul and he was very helpful and understanding. I took my laptop to him for a check and repair. Paul kept me updated and completed this within 24 hours. Collected my laptop. All well and was so clean ! Great service.

Paul is the go-to man

Paul is the go-to man for PC/laptop repairs. Good to find somebody who knows his way around Apple products and who doesn't charge their silly prices. I'm so pleased, and wholeheartedly recommend him.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR TECH.

Don't trust tis company to fix any of your devices. They try and make excuses up to explain why they break your device so that you have no elegibility for a refund. They replaced the screen of my Surface and broke it, their excuse First was that it was a software issue however it booted up 1 out of 10 times, when I explained it can't be a software issue because of that fact they went on to say it was a hardware issue, again a BS excuse for shoddy work. Not a cheep mistake that I made using this company, £250 down the drain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR TECH.
