When I got charged of PHP 899, I immediately review my account in ifoto ai. I don't remember I signed up for a subscription; I only pay for 1 peso. I was told that they will refund 50% immediately or 100% after 30 days but still no guarantee that 100% will be refunded. After this I tried to sign up with different email address, all I see when I try to use their website is if I pay 1 peso, I'll be able to use their services for free and with high quality BUT NEVER THAT AFTER I WILL BE SUBSCRIBED TO AN 899 PLAN!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I GOT SCAMMED. DON'T TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Disappointed and Frustrated – Still No Refund!
I’m extremely disappointed with iFoto. They made an unauthorized charge on my account, and when I reached out, they promised that my refund had been processed and would reflect within 5–7 business days. That was back on April 22, 2025, and now it's May 5, 2025, well past the timeframe they gave me, and I still haven't received anything. I've followed up multiple times and keep getting the same scripted response. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better service and accountability from a company handling financial transactions. Be cautious before sharing your payment information with this company—they don’t honor their word, and customer support is unreliable.

This is a scam; Once you pay for an AI photo worth 1 peso, you'll be automatically subscribed. You cannot see the terms and conditions if you didn't scroll down. This is so deceiving. After a month, they will take 599 pesos from your card. I asked for a refund, and I immediately contacted their customer support via email to inquire about this unauthorized charge and request a refund, especially since their website outlines a refund policy. However, their response completely ignored my refund request and only provided instructions on how to cancel the subscription and disable auto-renewal.

Misleading Charges and Poor Refund Support
I had a very disappointing experience with ifoto.ai. I initially paid a small fee of RM0.10 for a single photo purchase. To my surprise, the very next day, I was charged a significant RM69.00 for a premium subscription that I did not knowingly sign up for.
I immediately contacted their customer support via email to inquire about this unauthorized charge and request a refund, especially since their website outlines a refund policy. However, their response completely ignored my refund request and only provided instructions on how to cancel the subscription and disable auto-renewal.
This experience feels incredibly misleading. Charging a substantial subscription fee immediately after a small purchase, without clear consent, is unacceptable. Furthermore, the lack of attention to the refund policy in their communication is highly unprofessional.
I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when using ifoto.ai and to carefully review all terms and conditions before making any purchase. The discrepancy between the initial small charge and the subsequent large subscription fee, coupled with the poor customer service regarding refunds, has left me feeling very dissatisfied.

Refused refund and stop replying
SCAM SCAM BEWARE BEWARE.
Just as many on this site has mention. I am one of their latest victim.
No where was it mentioned that they will charge u 899₱ after the first day when I requested a refund they sent me a link that states if you don't request a refund more then 24hrs before the subscription renewal date. Then you will be charged.
Basically because they took 1₱ initially and signed u up for the month to begin in the next 24hr u are basically guaranteed to be charged.
What kind of shady practice is this?
