Looking at all the reviews and I realised i was too late and fallen to this SCAM as well. Its the same case as everyone here. We were not informed with any consent on the charges RM 69. It started with
RM 0.10 charged and the very next day it was charged again (RM 69). Initially we will be informed as full refund has been processed but then nothing, when email is sent fr follow up but then it was mentioned so called “the billing department has given an exception fr my case to refund 50%” and not full refund. How is this company still running without any action taken on them. Its says its a HK company! Please do not get SCAM to all their “potential customers”. And the reply for this review is going to be a scripted reply. Rubbish!

IGNORING EMAILS FOR REFUND
Initially i thought it was free of charge, but after I done editing my picture, it show that I need a subscription for it so I cancelled everything. However, it took RM49 without warning even clearly I did not receive any picture from the website. So I tried asking for a refund and they were only providing 50%. When I asked why was I only receiving 50% refund, since I did not generate any picture from the website, it stopped responding to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Hi, I only used the app once to edit my graduation photo. It offered me an edit for ₱1, so I logged in thinking that’s all I would be charged. I had no idea it would sign me up for the Pro plan. This is a HUGE SCAM!!! I'm absolutely furious and extremely disappointed. They will automatically deduct money from your account without any warning! And the worst part? They will never refund you, even if you haven't used the service again! It's clearly their sneaky strategy to make money—after your first subscription, they'll wait a month and then BAM, suddenly your e-wallet gets charged again without your consent. Total rip-off. Be warned!

This is a SCAM click bait website! Beware! I uploaded a photo just to simply remove a white background, and it ask me to register and login and say it will only cost 0.10 cents for 1 photo. Sneakily behind the scene it will tie you to an AUTO DEBIT scheme that will force you to pay them at a very high rate and you will have no choice but your money to be automatically deducted to their subscription and immediately i was force to pay freakin 69.00!!!!!!
