Best customer service ever! They have been very good at communications and jumped through hoops to answer my questions. The cleaner is sleek and very good looking which is what made me want to purchase it in the first place. I have read some complaints about the weight, but as long ad you pull it out slowly and let the water drain, it is very light and easy to maneuver. The app is very responsive also!

I purchased the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and, unfortunately, it stopped working and displayed an error message. I contacted customer support, and they responded promptly, asking me to send a few pictures of the machine so they could evaluate the issue.

After reviewing the photos, iGarden quickly approved a replacement and sent me a new unit. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. While it's never ideal to have a product issue, I was impressed by how quickly and fairly they resolved the problem. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend both the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and the company behind it.

We made the change from a pressure side cleaner to the K Pro and could not be happier.

I use the swimjet for family fun. Easy to set up and easy to put away in storage. Strong enough to let multiple kids swim at the same time.

I purchased the swim jet X5 and received it promptly. However, when I went to turn it on for the first time, nothing happened. I was getting error messages through the app that there was a faulty drive. I contacted customer service on a Saturday morning and they communicated promptly. They are going to send a new unit and waive their policy of return first, we inspect, then we send a new unit and are sending one right away. I am giving five stars for the customer service even though I am dissatisfied that I received a faulty unit. There is a chance it got damaged in transit, but the unit arrives well protected in the box.I hope to be back up and running in a few days.

As an avid triathlete, I been researching swim spas, swim jets, and other swim devices I can use in my own pool. My pool is 35'x18' kidney shaped pool. Not exactly a "lap pool." I also have 2 small children at home, so taking an extra 30 minutes to commute each way to a gym with a pool, only to find the lap lanes crowded, or reserved for aqua aerobics is not ideal, and frankly quite frustrating.

I was researching ways to invent something like this using an external pool pump. I found a similar product, but it was very cumbersome and frankly I didn't trust the electrical requirements involved. Having a 220v cord draped across my pool deck while I swim is not ideal, and seems a little dangerous.

Enter iGarden Portable Swim Jet. This is the perfect solution to what I am looking for. With its own power pack and compact design, I haven't found another product with so much thought and design engineering as the portable Swim Jet series. Now, I am excited to bang out my daily swim training quickly in the comfort of my own backyard pool. The "lazy river" mode is also fun for everyone else.

I'm very excited to receive this ahead of the original estimated shipment date. Can't wait to switch from short laps back and forth to an infinite lane swim!

I received the x jet swimming machine in early June. It had an issue that wouldn't allow it to work with the iGarden app. The support team quickly determined that I needed another battery unit and facilitated the exchange. I was up and running in just a few days. I was impressed with the support I received.

So far so good. They have been very responsive to all my needs and questions. Their customer service has been great. 👍🏻

I have not received my unit yet (The Air model), but felt compelled to write an early review as my experience with researching these swim products verses others, and my subsequent purchase experience with iGarden have been very informative and very positive. iGarden's products reviews were consistently the best at this price point and for units that were not permanently installed.
Finally iGarden themselves have made the purchasing experience very easy, and have since my purchase been over the top keeping informed.
I am very much looking forward to my unit arriving.

I purchased a K36 robotic pool cleaner in May and found the suction skirt was not fitting in any longer due to broken tabs. I contacted online support and sent pictures and video and of the issue and was issued a replacement free of charge!
The support staff were friendly and professional!

I’m so excited to get my iGarden Swim Jet X! I can’t believe there’s finally an affordable option to turn my small pool into a workout station. Also excited just to have a current in the water for playtime. Communication with iGarden has been great so far!
