I backed the iGarden swim jet with the promise that one would be shipped end of May. The company have taken my money but, so far, I have not received any communication on the shipping date whatsoever! To be clear: I do not complain about a delay of a few days but about the complete lack of response / appalling communication towards their initial backers - and I’m not the only one!

What a great way to clean your pool, I have a 16 x 32 , the 25k does it all, even my 6 year old daughter and do it. It’s going to be a great summer.

The customer service went above and beyond to resolve my problem as well as helping me order the new pool jet.

1st time owning a pool so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pretty amazed by the costumer support, any questions at all they are addressing and resolving. The robot it self is a pretty neat design even though the less tech-savy individuals might need to play around with it a few times till you figure out what cleaning mode works best for your pool and size.

We love our robot. It cleans the pool excellently and we call it the Lambo for Lamborghini cuz it's so sporty looking as well. And customer service was very helpful. When we first got it we found out we needed to update our software cuz there had been an update while it was shipping

I have to say the 800 number was active anytime I called for support. I had several questions as related to the AI and the phone app which they walked me through. I would buy other products from them if I have the need. Thanks

They answered all my questions quickly before ordering. I did my research and already knew this was exactly what I wanted. I have a friend that swears by the K pro pool cleaner so this was a no brainer for me.

Let's start with a couple of the reasons I purchased an iGarden product. After finding multiple products out in the marketplace that would fill my need I looked at the service each company claimed to offer. Your 30 day no hassle return policy and the 2+ year warranty is what made iGarden the winner.

However, my request in the email was not meet.
I requested a copy of the return policy. That was not sent. This is already starting to feel like a hassle.

I appreciate the offer to upgrade the cleaner at no additional cost to me. It would have been better received had I also been sent a copy of the return policy. Or some sort of acknowledgment of my request.

I'm willing to consider the upgrade but not willing to let the 30 day full return period expire. If iGarden can confirm the full refund return period will be extended to 30 days past when the new product is received again, I'm willing to try to upgrade.

Also called the phone support, they were not well versed in using the app struggling to direct me to check for software updates. They were not able to help me with the return of the unit and had to pass on my request to some other department (they couldn't connect me and that dept. doesn't have a phone number I can call).

Lastly, I would have preferred to reply to your upgrade offer email with this communication (but the reply feature was deactivated. Having a conversation would have been a good option..... but here I am on some "Trustpilot" site writing a review. Still questioning if my concerns will be meet.

The K Series product is a good machine but it turned out to not be what we were looking for in our current situation.
Customer service was great on assisting us with our return.

The Swim Jet X35-P60 exceeds expectations. I have adjusted height and speeds and in just a few days of trial and error have it humming along perfectly for my 3-stage swim workout along with a 15-minute jog in place. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a convenient, portable swim jet at a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than others and does not require any type of permanent mounting.

Below are a few high points:

1. Adjusts to just about any height needed for best waterflow; I prefer less "waves" and more current (below waterline) so I have it adjusted quite low. But it is has a wide range of positions that it can be set at depending on your preferences and your pool configuration.

2. 4 primary speeds (not including the PE and PF), with 1 being just a relaxing current and 4 being a very strong current. For my routine, I use it on Setting 2 for backstroke/breaststroke and Setting 3 for freestyle. I have used Setting 4 for freestyle, but tire pretty quickly on that high setting.

3. Battery life is better than expected. After about 30 minutes of use, I'm still sitting at around 90% battery (this is using a combination of Setting 2 and 3). I'm sure if I had it full blast battery life would drain much quicker, but for what I use it for, I could probably go 4-5 hours on a full charge.

4. This is very easy to put in and take out. The battery is a little heavy, but has a convenient handle. The swim jet has wheels and can stand upright on it's own. Once you wheel it where you want to drop it in, just drop and position and plug it in to battery.

The ONLY thing I would change is to make it a little easier to pull/push the pins that hold the height adjustment bar. They should slide in and then turn to lock in place, but it is very hard to get them to turn the way they are positioned. Not any type of major issue, but that is one thing that I would probably change if they were going to make any design adjustments.

The customer service department has been very nice to deal with. You don’t really get that kind of service anymore. A very nice surprise. I’m having issues with the model I purchased. They are upgrading me to the next model. They are sending a return label. As soon as they see it’s been shipped the new machine will be sent out. My next review will be on the pool cleaner it’s self.

Customer service was very quick to respond to my issue regarding pool depth. They are replacing my unit with an upgraded model. They definitely want me to be happy with the robot cleaner which I appreciate very much. Hopeful that this will solve the issue.

Great customer service. They are quick to respond and honestly seem to care about the satisfaction of their customers. After several emails detailing my product issues, they were happy to help me resolve my issues. I am a bit impressed.

We recently purchased the iGarden K-series robotic pool cleaner and it is my husband's new favorite toy. It arrived quickly and went straight into the pool. It was fun to see it climb the walls and navigate the steps. Very efficient and worth the investment, replaced the monthly expense of the pool guy. Customer service is first rate and we love it so much we are upgrading to the K-70!

Customer service has been great working with us on the issues we have had with our pool cleaner. It was a very easy set up but we have had a few problems with it dying in the deep end of our pool and it will not climb the walls. Due to these issues they are sending us a new one and hopefully it will work like they say it is supposed to.
