Competitive price, prompt delivery, good customer service.
I think Igenix needs to think about delivery service/arrangements. My order (freezer) was damaged in the transit. I have read similar feedback in the reviews. Igenix team were prompt in arranging a return.

Over Door Downflow Fan Heater, 2000W
Good looking high level wall heater, however the remote control is the worst I have ever had with any product. On first use, heater turned on using main quick start switch on heater, remote USELESS did not work at all.
After contacting the service dept who said they didn't have any spare remotes and suggested I return the whole unit to Currys, I looked again at the remote, only to find the battery had been put in the wrong way around from new. I would suggest buying a different heater with a decent quality remote that works further than 2ft from the heater.

First freezer delivery had a dented door. Customer services were really helpful and it was changed for a new freezer with no problems at all.
Would order again.

Not delivered by supplier, so have to unpack and move yourself
Had to postpone delivery. Unfortunately I had to wait a couple of days before I could get someone to unpack and move for me as this was delivered by UPS and not supplier.

No freezer, no delivery
A week on and the freezer still hasn’t arrived. No clue if it will ever turn up, I have asked for a refund and this is in the process of being completed. Fair play to Igenix they can’t always control their delivery supplier.
