Both items ordered arrived damaged. Even though boxes did not show damage. Obvious these items were put into the boxes already damaged at the factory they were made.

It's a pity, as the customer services department really wanted to help me, but they sounded like they have an issue of new product arriving damaged alot, as they seemed very quick with regards to putting a correction action in place. Awaiting a collection of damaged items, I wouldn't have them replaced as they run the risk of arriving damaged again!! I've already had to pay a carpenter for his time wasted as he couldn't install for me. Not chancing it again!!

After 3 times postponing the delivry, we received a damaged Fridge Freezer. The manager promised to call us back to find a suitable time for collection, but we received no call. We asked them to do the delivery and collection at the same time, but didn't agree.
Not happy at all!

Very happy with clear and easy ordering process and super quick delivery. Excellent product at a good price perfect for my needs.

Convector heater was delivered in good time. Attaching the feet to the body is a little fiddly with the small length screws provided but, with a little perseverance, turned out OK. First use of heater gave adequate heat output.

It was extremely easy to order and pay. Delivery time was excellent and delivery information by your courier was superb.
We are currently looking for other electrical products and will definitely use you again. Thank you.

Freezer a bit too small for the money

New Update: Avoid!You have been warned! After many many emails, complaints…It took Igenix over 16 days to send my refund!

Completely damaged heater was delivered by Igenix. I had to return back and still waiting for my full refund. I will never order again and will not recommend. Avoid.

Super little fridge freezer arrived within a few days.

Amazing product, so lightweight ideal for my relative with severe arthritis. Super fast delivery. Highly recommend

Use a better delivery service broke my first fridge had to get it replaced and delivered it 3 days late
